I liked the hotel. Great location. The first line. For 3 stars, it's super. The city center is also close. The cable car is a 5-minute walk away. The food is also good, corresponds to the,,stardom,, of the hotel. The staff does not speak Russian. But now it's not a problem, the translator will help us. The rooms are small, but everything you need is there. I got a large, family room, which I am very happy about. The air conditioning in the room is also a big plus.

We were with our family in August 2024. The hotel is very tired. They settled in principle quickly. They offered to pay $ 10 per night for a room with a sea view. We didn't take it. We checked in 2 people per room and one couple was given an improved one with a sea view (although the air conditioner did not work. After long conversations, it was repaired, but it got a little better) The room we lived in had an economy room (one of the advantages: the air conditioner was working) The bathroom was very bad. Everything in the bar is kind of ruined. Dirty. There was always something missing or missing. The elevator was working intermittently. Once at 12 a.m., vacationers got stuck there. The receptionist actually went outside somewhere. Then he came back and rescued them. The territory is small, there are 2 small pools. The pool area was not cleaned. The full ashtray I put in yesterday remained in place a day later. Food: You can find something to eat at breakfast in principle, but they are scarce. Sausages, sausage (Turkish) omelets, fried eggs I saw 1 time. There are greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread. Instant tea and coffee from the machine. Lunches and dinners are much better. There is chicken, fish, French fries, mashed potatoes, pasta, rice. Greens, vegetables. Plums, apples, oranges, watermelon. Sweets: cupcakes with sugar syrup. I can't appreciate alcohol. But those who drank say that they are generally normal. Does not apply to the hotel: The advantages of having a beach nearby. The beach itself is sandy (fine, small pebbles) is not always clean, but cleaner than near the cliff, where Kyzyl Kule is. There's garbage everywhere. They brought us to the hotel at 20-30, at the reception the girl told us that dinner had ended half an hour ago and we needed to go to any cafe and eat, and that the standard room I had booked was busy and we would have to spend the night in a bad room or check into another hotel for the night, but they wouldn't even give us free However, to my question that you knew that we would arrive today and everything was booked and confirmed, why such a meeting, she said that we should have called beforehand and said that we would arrive... I was outraged, said that the whole day was paid for, they didn't even feed us, she went to the restaurant in this hotel, although it's hard to call it a restaurant, the dining room is a stretch, they put two plates with rice, fish head and sour salad on us. We were at this hotel from 17 .09.24, when checking in the right room was not found, allegedly the tour operator did not inform us of our arrival, they gave us a room with one bed for two, after our indignation in the morning they found a room, the hotel needs repair, the water was constantly turned off, the cleaning was so-so, there was dirty on the floor near the elevator for days dishes, food is very scarce, for 9 days there was fish and meat once, chicken all the time, about the location : the sea is nearby, but when the stove goes in, you need special shoes, you can hurt your feet on the stones, especially when the waves, a sunbed and an umbrella cost 140 lira, the only plus is the friendly staff The hotel is not worth the money, we do not recommend booking it

The trip is 03/20/2024 . I went to this hotel for the first time , the reviews were not very good , but I took a chance and did not lose . The hotel is located 50 m from the sea, sun beds are paid , it is fashionable to buy for 100 liras per day. 7 minutes from the city center , close to shops , supermarkets . The food was good, meat, fish, lots of vegetables, fruits. The hotel is for foreigners , the staff is Russian-speaking . I liked everything, I recommend it. Photo from the balcony .

A great place occupied by a terrible hotel! Everything is bad except the sea view from the balconies of the main building.
The location couldn't be better. The city center, near all the necessary shops and resort entertainment. Restaurants and a promenade along the sea. Everything is great. And how can you keep a hotel in such a sad state. Everything in the room falls off and creaks. Door jambs, clothes dryer, etc.
Cleaning is of course done by the laundry cop. But the overall feeling of staying is very depressing. We stopped eating at the hotel very quickly. Just breakfast.
But 50 meters from the sea, a long beautiful beach, there is a place to dive and look at squid and a lot of different fish.
In short, who cares what. The Germans were sitting around the clock in the restaurant next to the pool and it seemed to me they were happy with the food.
Of course, no more to this hotel for anything. Not far from this place, you can rent excellent spacious apartments for the price of a hotel.
And I still had to eat without onyx

Внимание всем туристам и туристическим агентствам! Не бронируйте этот отель никому!
Наш тур стоил 120т рублей! Это совсем не дешево! Нет слов, что бы описать весь ужас, что происходит в отеле. Грязь, антисанитария, сломанная мебель, плесень в ванной, отсутствие уборки, нет лампочек в светильниках, все старое и изношенное! И это при условии что мы заселились в типа отремонтированный дорогой корпус с видом на море. Никакое море не нужно, если условия проживания хуже чем в самом дешевом Крыму. Я не думала что такое возможно вообще в 21 веке!
При заселении номер был грязный, на балконе в пепельнице лежал окурок, в ванной чья то старая мочалка, волосы по полу и всего 1 полотенце на двоих. На просьбу убраться, просто убрали окурок И ВСЕ! Даже не помыли пепельницу, пепел остался в ней! Окна на балконе просто мутные от грязи, видимо моют грязными тряпками. В светильниках нет лампочек и из за этого почти нет света вечером! Отклеивающиеся обои, старая битая мебель, плесень, песок по углам, отваливающаяся штукатурка на стенах и потолке, вхлам сломанная сушилка для одежды на балконе не подлежит ремонту! И еще много всего!
Да, сами отчасти виноваты что забронировали тур в этот отель, но на сайтах все шоколадно мармеладно и отфотошопленные фото, плюс отель нагло врет, что ресторан на берегу моря относится к их отелю и этим завлекает туристов. По факту это совсем постороннее кафе и через него нельзя напрямую пройти к пляжу. Питание это просто ужас! Как простите свиньям наготовлено хрючево самого низшего качества! Фото прилагаю к отзыву. Мы ни разу не смогли пересилить себя там поесть! Зачем делать ол инклюзив, если не можете соответствовать этому типу питания. По еде ползают мухи, все в ужасной антисанитарии, разномастные битые грязные тарелки и вилки. Я такое вижу впервые! Неужели самим не стыдно так обслуживать своих гостей!
Вишенкой на торте была ситуация, когда среди ночи к нам зашел мужик с ресепшн, открыли номер своей карточкой, что бы заселить кого то. ОН ПРОСТО ЗАБЫЛ, ЧТО В НОМЕРЕ УЖЕ ЖИВУТ! Я напишу жалобы во все возможные инстанции. Отель 3 звезды, это не значит что должна быть антисанитария, грязь и разруха, по сравнению с другими отелями по соседству такой же звездности, но с хорошим ремонтом, питанием и отношением к гостям.

Были тут проездом, на 3 дня. Расположение отличное. Все комфортно и удобно. Кушали хорошо. Возможно оставить авто у парадного входа. Два небольших бассейна +1 детский . Отель у моря. Лежаки платные (мы оплачивали на ресепшене по карте). Можно наличкой сотрудникам на пляже. И можно безоплаты лежать просто у моря на песке)
Понравилось в спа за доп плату. Была на микс массаже всего тела, промаслилась и кайфанула, очень понравилось...=150 лир х на 12 (По нынешнему курсу) . С горячими комнями ммм.
На следующий день был пакет дороже, 270. Я торговалась. П ч было интересно попробовать, но и не согласна была платить полную стоимость-(сначала в сауну, потом хамам - моют мачалкой, массажируют в пене, потом отдых на лежаке с чаем и маска с глиной на лице, затем массаж масляный всего тела, потом глаживание камнями.)
Мне не очень было комфортно в момент мытья. По этому если бы я сейчас стояла перед выбором, то выбрала просто микс массаж. За 150 и сторгуйте даже каплю)
+Мне очень понравилась плотность матраса и подушек , но тут кому что.
Большой номер! на троих. Большая кровать 2сп. и 1сп. Хотя мы просили стандарт для двоих. =4.800 с питанием за двоих в сутки. Май 2019.
-Тарелки были и со сколами и не первой свежести . Унитаз при наборе воды очень шумел.
Большинство соседей немцы.
Если вы до этого отдыхали в 5 звездах, то может не понравится. А так отличное сочетание цены и качества - наше мнение

В номерах не убирают каждый день, "новые" (порвание но чистые) полотенца дадут после запроса у администрации, грязь везде, столы для еды грязные, даже посуда грязная (остатки пищи и жира). Завтрак и ужин очень скромные и всегда одинаковые. Также местоположение гостиницы не удачное, так как возле её ресторан-клуб который до полуночи играет громкую музыку.

Вежливый персоонал,вкусная еда,хорошая уборка.Очень скромные завтраки.Мебель в открытом баре очень старая,портит впечатление об отеле.В целом приличная тройка,достаточно уютная атмосфера.С удовольствием приеду еще.
