The location is good. I liked the room on the 3rd floor, the view of the railway and, as it were, the sea. The room is warm, clean, interesting decoration, and there is enough light. I didn't like the glass wall in the shower and toilet, but it's full of bullshit, as if it doesn't exist, and everything happens right in the room. You can't hear the neighbors, but you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. The breakfasts are acceptable. I know that there is cleaning every day, but I asked you not to come in, no one bothered you. There are few channels on TV. Water is provided for free. There was a refrigerator, but it wasn't cold.
The hotel is cool! Location, cleanliness, attitude, everything corresponds to 4*. Linen is changed every other day, cleaning and towels are provided every day. Breakfast is normal. Restaurants, shops nearby, 5 min walk to Sultanahmet Square.

The hotel is excellent in terms of price/quality ratio.
Pros: location in a quiet side street, spacious rooms, good breakfasts (hot omelets, sausages, potatoes), proper cleaning, good Wi-Fi (at least in rooms 202-203).
Cons: outdated plumbing. They wrote that the bathroom has a glass door, that's right. But it's NOT transparent!
There are two conclusions from this: it is very convenient to get to local attractions, everything is exorbitantly expensive (for example, the same food is 4 times cheaper at 3 stops on a nearby electric train :)
The staff is very polite, but does not speak Russian (only one of the cleaners).
There is a very popular seafood restaurant in the next building. It's expensive, but very tasty- I recommend it.
