The hotel is quite cozy. The location is close to my course location, so it's ok. But, of course, it is far from the center. The price/quality ratio is optimal for a business trip. The staff is polite, goes to a meeting. There are rooms for 1, 2 people and blocks of two rooms for 2 people each with a shared bathroom. There is a TV in the room. I was upset by the lack of a kettle, refrigerator, and microwave. There is often an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom. The linen is tired, not always washed to white. There are 8 stops to the metro on any bus. There is a cafe. Breakfast buffet, payable when booking a room. At lunch and dinner, you can have a limited-course menu. A grocery store is 1 km away. There is not much place to walk around.

I will be happy to share my experience of staying at the IT Time Hotel. It was a wonderful place to relax after a busy day.The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The check-in was quick and without any problems. The room turned out to be spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a TV — everything you need for a good rest.I was especially pleased with the location of the hotel. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but at the same time close to the city center, which makes it convenient for walking and sightseeing.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the IT Time Hotel. I will be happy to come back here again.

We were in Minsk on January 3-4. We came to the country's big Christmas tree. We booked this hotel for four people. We were greeted kindly. It was quickly posted. Everything is very clean and tidy. One disadvantage is that it is impossible to drink tea in the evening. The cooler was not found on the floor. I had to drink a cold ox, which happened to be in the supply of drinking water taken on the road. I recommend the hotel.

Location- if you are by car- parking for cars, near the gas station, exit to the MKAD- quickly and without problems - get to any place in Minsk! Very convenient! The room is clean. Apparently I didn't read it very carefully, but I got used to the fact that all hotels have a refrigerator, hairdryer and kettle in their rooms. There's only a cooler here, and that's on the ground floor. I'm not even talking about tea in the room. The room was taken with breakfast in the cafe at the hotel. It is very comfortable. They cook there for four. They also accept passing buses. We came across it once. It was not comfortable, because there were no empty seats and everything was quickly swept away from the buffet.

Хорошее место, чисто и уютно. Есть на что посмотреть. Персонал добрый и поможет если даже из что то не касается, брату надо было поменять сим-карту, а ключа не было, персонал дали и сказали вернуть потом, очень благодарны им, отле хороший, ресторанчик их вообще классный, в целом советую, если кто начинает свой тур по Беларуси именно с Минска

A 2-star hotel, I was here at a competition with a child. I am staying in 2 stars for the first time. There may not be much, but at least it should be clean, but no. There is shampoo in the shower, but you can use it only if you take the scissors into the shower carefully, otherwise you will not open it. The linen smells musty. The staff was friendly, but in the evening the girl could hardly answer the question about the cafe.
I wouldn't even go back there just to spend the night.

There is a cafe on the 1st floor, a buffet breakfast. The hotel is located in the Akademgorodok area, there is an inexpensive dining room nearby. There is a bus to the metro, you can pay for the ride on the bus using a QR code. Or buy tickets at the metro ticket office (costs less than 1 bel.rub) for the bus. A taxi from Yandex or local carriers is called at the reception at the best prices and with the possibility of paying with a Mir card.

We booked a standard for two nights for three for 6,700 rubles. We paid immediately for Ozone. The best offer! The room is two-room and very spacious (813).
Modest, but clean and cozy. A large number of cabinets. Two beds in a large room, 2 in a smaller room and each with a TV. The sound insulation is good. Soap and soap accessories are available-on the second day they were replenished, the floor was washed. There are no hair dryers, fans, air conditioners in the rooms. This cannot be called a minus, since the hotel is declared as a two-star hotel. I am informing you in case this is of key importance to someone. We were in the hottest weather, but the nights are cool and it's fresh at night with the windows open. Maybe they are present in rooms of a higher class.
The cooler is on the ground floor. Refrigerator at the reception. We were allowed to use the service freezer (refrigerants were frozen).
The hotel is located on the outskirts in a new area. Opposite is a park with huge stones. We went for a walk last night. The air is fresh, everything is well maintained, there are no mosquitoes and other blood-sucking filth. They were surprised. We went out through the parking lot opposite, deciding to pass the time to the store, assuming that there was a forest there.
It's not close to the center, but there are no traffic jams. We left the car next to the nearest metro station, located 5 minutes away. The Belarusian metro is a separate song!
The staff is polite and friendly.
The expectations are justified.

The room is simply furnished with a scoop: shaky beds, unpleasant spring mattresses, a huge number of cabinets with 2 hangers on the closet, ridiculously small televisions with problematic operation (one simply has a damaged antenna socket), just a mini-hood below the waist, very uncomfortable, without pictures and pleasant trifles. 2. Because of this, I think the price of accommodation is very high. 3. The prices in the cafe are very high, why not call it a restaurant? But the food is delicious. 4. Transit buses often stop, including those with groups from sunny Asia, and they behave very noisily, but at 23:00 they quiet down as if on command, so that at 7:00 they can make as much noise as possible. The audibility is simply phenomenal. Of course, everything is supported by the hotel staff, only thanks to them the rating is not lower. Managers, pay attention to the comfort, for this money the client should be comfortable, otherwise it resembles the Komsomol youth camp of the 70s. Take at least something from the design of your cafe, and you will be successful.

They stay two steps away from the hotel. I also went to the city center. The timetable is posted at bus stops everywhere. The hotel is clean, very quiet. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Everything is working in the room, there are a lot of outlets, hangers, etc. The price for accommodation was also very pleased. What I would like to change: a cooler is needed on every floor, not just on the ground floor, a refrigerator and a hairdryer are also needed in the room. I took a hair dryer and a boiler with me. I kept the groceries on the windowsill)) (I went in winter). I left with a warm feeling of gratitude.

There is breakfast, but we didn't use it. There is no refrigerator in the room, this is a minus, but they asked at the reception, they put it in their own without any problems. There is no microwave, kettle either, there are 2 glasses. To spend the night and run errands in the morning is a good option.

The usual "Soviet department" with chipboard furniture, sagging mattresses, poor insulation, and plumbing fixtures from the USSR. I haven't been to the white Russians for a long time, but I realized that there is no better Russian, I left earlier and had a great time in Smolensk, both cheaper and better. And Yes, don't go to the restaurant downstairs, even if you don't want to go to the city, a pan of absolutely tasteless potatoes with chopped sausage definitely won't cheer you up, well, at least the beer saved the situation, but the aftertaste is Bulba-flavored. Positive:
- Very quiet area — near the Skolkovo technology center in Moscow;
- Two-room rooms are spacious, with a large window;
- For drivers: free Parking, near the MKAD, gas station is also nearby, to the city center by car — 15 minutes.
Minuses:
- A grocery supermarket is a 10-minute walk from the hotel;
- Not suitable for hikers: it is far from the metro, you can only get there by public transport;
- There is an old TV in the room, without a Smart TV.
For drivers from Russia, as for me, the hotel is the best, but for walkers it is better to look for hotels closer to the city center and not far from the metro.

Overall, a good hotel, has its own Parking, friendly staff. Clear. The mattresses on the beds are strange, but you can sleep. The bathroom is spacious, but the shower stall in our room was terrible. The watering can of the shower does not hold structurally in the bracket - I got a watering can on the head three times. 5 times I touched the protruding lever of the tap - then I doused myself with ice water, then I got under boiling water. The shower room in general was done any way, it would have been, no one thought about taking a shower there.
There is a cafe on site, you can have a decent dinner. Breakfast, 20 rubles for this buffet, in my opinion, does not correspond to the cost. Boiled and fried sausages differ only in the boiling time in the pan. Here is the test amlet! In general, the choice is small, every day is the same. The fruits of a week ago are such that I would be ashamed to spread them out.
On the last day of our stay, the coffee machine did not work.
The payment terminal does not accept virtual MIR cards, only a physical card.
As a budget accommodation, I highly recommend it, but no more.
In the evening, you can comfortably sit in a cafe, but they say hot dishes can be ordered until 20:30, in fact, until 20:00. In our case, the cook went to a meeting and made French fries and pasta for the children.

The place is great, quiet; there is a cafe. Check-in is fast; locks on cards; the room is clean, cleaned; two towels (in a single), soap, packs with shampoo and shower gel; mirror, hanger, table, chair, wardrobe, bed, telephone, TV, large dark curtains, wi–fi, shower stall, toilet - what Do you need more for happiness?
The buffet breakfast is good, but do not forget the "voucher" that you will be given at the reception upon check-in.

There was no refrigerator in the room, but you can leave a package in the refrigerator at the reception. The issue of washing has not been resolved in any way - well, at least they put a basin, or something. There is also no iron or hair dryer in the room, but it seems that they can give it on request. It's a long way from the metro, near the park of boulders. With all the disadvantages, a good impression remained.
