BUILDING 3, the photo of which is not on the website. We booked a room in building 3, just because we don't need food. Rooms in buildings 1 and 2 are reserved with meals only. The building is a metal hut, similar to the one in which the builders live. We booked a 2-bed room, in fact there were 4 beds. In addition to 4 single beds (there are no double beds anywhere, as the receptionist said), the room had two bedside tables, a dressing table with a mirror, a TV, a refrigerator, a table, three chairs, a three-fold wardrobe, a bathroom. The kettle and microwave were in the common hallway. From the dishes - a plate and 4 mugs. And also the air conditioner, which we used for heating, because the room is cold and humid. The bed linen seemed wet, we slept under 2 blankets.
There is no repair in the room. Plastic white walls, gray painted floor, ants crawled out of the cracks. After the complaint, we were given an insect repellent chalk.
There was a protective film glued to the window in the room, which made it always dark. But in the toilet, on the contrary, the window is covered only with a curtain.
Another feature of the room is that when opening the closet door, it knocks on the ceiling. There is a through hole in the floor.
There is a military unit behind the fence, every morning you will wake up to the screams of soldiers. But more often the soldiers are shouted over by peacocks who live near building 3. At night and in the morning they screamed loudly.
We would never have booked this building if we had seen its real photos, which are not there.
But the sea is gorgeous and a large well-groomed boarding house smoothed out our shock from the room.
We rested on the beach, went to the Aitar restaurant (this is not a cafe) for a snack. They took a lamb and sharp wings. Both dishes are delicious! There is absolutely nothing to complain about, the service is polite and fast. The view of the beach and the sea is wonderful. Prices for any wallet. Our receipt, including drinks, is 1000 for two.
An ordinary Soviet boarding house, with not tasty food. But it's cheap! The beach is pebbly, but the sea is very clean. We crossed our border for a very long time, because of this, I will not go there anymore.
Go, you won't regret it. A Soviet-era boarding house in a good way.

We went to dinner with our family. The dishes are quite large and delicious. Sea view, pleasant waiters. We will be in Sukhum, we will definitely come back again.

An excellent boarding house , we lived in an economy building, of course everything there is cheap (furniture, plumbing) but a very friendly host and nature
A quiet family boarding house, the buildings are mostly Soviet, as in the whole of Sukhum. It is a 10-minute drive from the city center. My daughter and we really liked the evening children's animation, but adult discos did not (((( Three meals a day. The food is delicious, but monotonous (especially breakfast). The sea is beautiful, clean, and warm. The shore is a pebble
There weren't many people, the kitchen was very spicy, keep that in mind. Perhaps you need to say and then they won't add hot pepper :) My husband liked the ice cream and the barbecue. Prices are average, for some items, such as French fries, the price tag is lower than in other establishments. A 10% tip is included in the bill. Take 1-2 thousand for two (excluding the order of alcohol).
The kitchen is cheap, but edible. There are 2 dietary Cafes on the territory, relatively inexpensive.

It's a terrible place! They took khinkali - it is impossible to eat, khachapuri is bland, the yolk was baked. The waitress forgot to bring the dish we ordered, but added it to the bill, then we found out that she had broken through 2 drinks, although we ordered and she brought one. If you don't want to ruin your day, then avoid this place!
One of the advantages is the sea view
Aitar restaurant, sooo delicious food. Friendly officials, it is not expensive at all, this level of restaurant in St. Petersburg has a price tag 5-6 times more.
The Aitar restaurant stands apart from the boarding house and has nothing to do with daily meals, it is a restaurant by the sea. Stunning sea views, delicious cuisine, but no desire to leave a tip, for any question you need to run to the counter and WAIT for the waiter to come up.
Delicious food, beautiful sea view. One of the few places where bank cards are accepted. Be sure to try oriental coffee here. Only 50 rubles, and you won't be able to drink any more coffee))
Khinkali is worse than Russian semi-finished products, the signature seafood salad is not edible at all. The bill was recalculated twice, all the time trying to write down something superfluous there.
Beautiful nature, territory, beach. But the condition of the rooms has stagnated in the last decade. There are no complaints about the quality of food. For those who like to relax at sea, there are more advantages than some flaws in the service.
A very good restaurant. Delicious food. Khachapur for shampoos is especially memorable, we tried it for the first time. The staff is polite. The dress code is not strict
Service, up to the last customer. We sat until one o'clock in the morning and no one even hinted that it was time to go home. It is not expensive and delicious. The menu is huge, for all tastes.
