A wonderful place! The restaurant is located right on the beach, and the view from here is simply mesmerizing. The atmosphere inside is cozy and relaxing, the interior is tastefully decorated, and the service is excellent. The waiters are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with the selection of dishes and drinks.
The food is delicious! The meat dishes pleased with their quality and taste. And desserts... Mmm, they just melt in your mouth!
The prices correspond to the quality, and we have never regretted our choice. In the evening, it is especially beautiful here thanks to the soft lighting and live music. It is the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a meeting with friends.
We highly recommend visiting this restaurant! You will definitely not be disappointed.

I ordered a pork kebab at this place. They bring me several pieces of yesterday's warmed meat. I ask the waiter, what is it? I explain once again what kind of barbecue I want (freshly cooked, juicy, with a haze flavor). The waiter says that the barbecue will be redone, he will see to it.
The second time they bring a barbecue, it seems to be juicy, freshly cooked, but without the aroma of smoke. Please call the cook or the owner of the establishment. Some woman comes, I ask: "Did you make a barbecue on an electric grill?" She replies, "Yes." And he begins to explain that they have something broken with an ordinary barbecue there.
I say, then why was I deceived, because I immediately explained to the waiter what kind of barbecue I want?
I was offered either to choose another dish, but not on the grill, or to remove the cost of the barbecue from the bill. I had no desire to order anything again. I only paid for the salad and left. I didn't go to Aitar anymore.

Recently we entered this restaurant, there were no visitors, we were alone. The son ordered beef stroganoff for some reason was with French fries, usually served with mashed potatoes, I did not try the son ate only potatoes, it looked like nothing, he said it didn't taste very good, it seemed for 700 rubles. I ordered caesar with chicken and ate only chicken. I still did not understand what kind of dressing, lettuce leaves are sluggish with dark spots, all withered and not tasty like 500 rubles. it was worth it. They left hungry. A wonderful boarding house, everything for people, I recommend it !!!) My friend and I rested here for two weeks and literally three days ago returned to St. Petersburg happy and satisfied! I would like to especially note that the DINING ROOM of the BOARDING HOUSE meets the needs of even the most demanding customers, and this is us!!! Since our CHILDREN of 3 and 4 years old traveled with us, the most important issue was the issue of Nutrition and, of course, a responsible attitude to cooking!!! As a result, we and our children are completely DELIGHTED with the FOOD in the dining room, we have been supporting healthy lifestyle for a long time and are deeply studying nutritionology, SO thank you very much to the staff of the dining room, for their care and service, and especially for the opportunity to choose a delicious and correct diet!!! Aitar boarding house is a very pleasant place to relax. Delicious and varied three-course buffet meals, a private beach 70 meters from the boarding house with sun beds and umbrellas. Children's animation, adult aerobics at sea, oriental dances, dance evenings and concerts by local bands. The territory is fenced under guard, there is a church, sports grounds, 2 fountains with goldfish, and there are four peacocks walking and squirrels jumping on trees. You can stay there in three buildings of different price categories, as well as in two-storey cottages. The only unpleasant surprise was the insurance fee of 400 rubles for 10 days per person.

This year we went on vacation to Abkhazia, to the Aitar boarding house, to be honest, the boarding house is definitely not for people with high self-esteem, but for ordinary people, that is, a simple peasant town, there is a dining room on the territory of the boarding house and the food there is also for ordinary peasants, we liked the food, but the kitchen is there for an amateur, the rooms are there since Soviet times, it has been repaired in one of the buildings in another building, but even from this the prices there were higher, they had a great rest, but there were also small disadvantages. But in general, everything was fine.

BUILDING 3, the photo of which is not on the website. We booked a room in building 3, just because we don't need food. Rooms in buildings 1 and 2 are reserved with meals only. The building is a metal hut, similar to the one in which the builders live. We booked a 2-bed room, in fact there were 4 beds. In addition to 4 single beds (there are no double beds anywhere, as the receptionist said), the room had two bedside tables, a dressing table with a mirror, a TV, a refrigerator, a table, three chairs, a three-fold wardrobe, a bathroom. The kettle and microwave were in the common hallway. From the dishes - a plate and 4 mugs. And also the air conditioner, which we used for heating, because the room is cold and humid. The bed linen seemed wet, we slept under 2 blankets.
There is no repair in the room. Plastic white walls, gray painted floor, ants crawled out of the cracks. After the complaint, we were given an insect repellent chalk.
There was a protective film glued to the window in the room, which made it always dark. But in the toilet, on the contrary, the window is covered only with a curtain.
Another feature of the room is that when opening the closet door, it knocks on the ceiling. There is a through hole in the floor.
There is a military unit behind the fence, every morning you will wake up to the screams of soldiers. But more often the soldiers are shouted over by peacocks who live near building 3. At night and in the morning they screamed loudly.
We would never have booked this building if we had seen its real photos, which are not there.
But the sea is gorgeous and a large well-groomed boarding house smoothed out our shock from the room.

We rested on the beach, went to the Aitar restaurant (this is not a cafe) for a snack. They took a lamb and sharp wings. Both dishes are delicious! There is absolutely nothing to complain about, the service is polite and fast. The view of the beach and the sea is wonderful. Prices for any wallet. Our receipt, including drinks, is 1000 for two.
