A wonderful boarding house. A little paradise on earth. Large, well-maintained territory. There is a lot of greenery, a mini botanical garden. There are many rare trees and shrubs. It is very comfortable even in extreme heat. Two fountains. Peacocks are walking around the territory. There is a tennis court. A venue where events are held. Nice big dining room. The buffet. Normal food, like in a good dining room. Normal rooms. There is everything you need. There is a bathroom in each room. The beach is 2-3 minutes away. Small pebbles. For vacationers of the boarding house, sun beds are free of charge. I liked the rest in this boarding house. Recommend

We had a rest at the Aitar boarding house in Abkhazia in June 2024. A wonderful boarding house that you want to come to again and again.
Excellent varied food, buffet. Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning, always clean bed linen. Beautiful nature, an arboretum on the territory of the boarding house, peacocks walk freely, ducks swim in the fountain. Interesting excursions to New Athos (visited the famous New Athos cave, Stalin's cottage, a very beautiful monastery), Chernihiv (a beautiful mountain gorge with a stormy mountain river), Lake Ritsa, Sukhum.
The impressions of the trip will last for the rest of your life.

Not a bad boarding house, with a normal buffet. Sometimes vacationers create a stir when self-catering. A normal beach, located close to residential buildings. The occupancy rate of the beach is small.
The rooms are clean, not very new. The territory is not noisy, except for discos, which take place 3 times a week in the evening. It can be heard in the rooms facing the central courtyard.

Squalid buildings, everything is like 40 years ago, like in dormitories, a lot of people, thin partitions, a crush in the dining room, food for a maximum of three points out of five, and the contingent of vacationers is appropriate, there is no upbringing, no etiquette, no adequate behavior in society, in a word, "collective farm ", if you are completely without money, stay at home, if you have a little, it's better to add or borrow a little, and choose an alternative to this institution, I won't even call it a place of rest, it's like a "quest for your own money".....

A beautiful beach! You can choose either pebbles, sand, or shells for every taste. The water is clean, warm, and transparent, especially in the morning. There are no jellyfish. We really enjoyed our vacation there! There are enough sun beds, the shadow of the restaurant building.

A very comfortable boarding house, next to the sea, on the beach, of course, it is not very clean, somehow it is not tidy, in the boarding house too, there are lazy maids in the buildings, during the day they lie and sit on sofas on the floors, wipe the rooms only when you ask what you liked, this sea is clean and nearby.

Alik the administrator is just great. Everything is simple, as in the USSR, but everything is covered by nature, pine trees, the sea, delicious food, natural vegetables. Yummy. The days flew by unnoticed

We really liked it, we had a rest since August 26, the room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed 2 times in 10 days, the food, of course, is not exquisite, but for this price I think it's gorgeous, everything is delicious, the territory is beautiful, and the beach is just a paradise for me, a great place for a quiet holiday

A great place to relax! The prices are super the beach is super the territory is magnificent! Having fun all day is the sea across the street. You won't regret it. With small children, June, the second half of August and September are better.
