The most important thing is that the food is excellent - varied, thanks a lot to the chefs and the girls distributors for this.
Great location, there is everything from a store to pharmacies nearby.
The staff is very polite, the nurses are wonderful.
Director Bekzhan is very polite and loyal and always in touch, responds quickly and informatively. A shuttle service is provided (for children only free of charge if they stay for more than 7 days).
The pool is cool, moderately cool, there is a Jacuzzi for children.
The rooms and the establishment are clean, they are cleaned often, but the bed linen is made of bare synthetics, it has already caused allergies.
The procedures are free and really ineffective, and unfortunately, the inhalation, massage and irrigation rooms are unsanitary, the devices are in a tubby state, the nozzle masks are very dirty, so these procedures were completely abandoned.
My daughter and granddaughter and I were at the Aysary sanatorium from July 9 to July 19, 2024. We really liked it. The sanatorium itself is quite new, cleanliness and comfort are all around, they are cleaned daily not only in the rooms and other rooms, but also on the territory - they are hosed down in the afternoon, and one day early in the morning, I saw two girls cleaning the territory, one with a broom and a saw, the other wiped the tile with a mop. So the granddaughter periodically went there barefoot. There are places to relax on the territory: rocking benches around a beautiful fountain, simple benches, two large gazebos, tennis tables, a small football field and a playground with a slide. But there is no outdoor pool, as in most promotional photos. The pool is indoors, which made us very sad, we were hoping to swim and sunbathe a little under the southern sun...
We also really liked the medical procedures, primarily because everything is organized in such a way that there are practically no queues. The set of additional paid procedures is also very interesting and, most importantly, effective. For example, I got a lot of relief from massage, and my daughter from mud therapy. Spa treatments are also good.
In addition to treatment, evening leisure is well organized here: children are on playgrounds, music and dancing for adults, you can relax by the fountain, which, by the way, in the evening, is illuminated with colored lamps and has several water pressure modes - a real "colored, dancing" fountain, for those who want there is a whole alley of simulators.
The food is also above all called: delicious, varied.
We also really liked the location of the sanatorium. In addition to the fact that there are two grocery stores nearby, and a little further down the street there is a grocery and hardware store, literally in 5-7 minutes you can walk to the territory of the largest and oldest sanatorium "Saryagash", where several oriental-style bazaars are mainly concentrated, there is a large indoor swimming pool, several cafes, a permanent taxi stand if you want to go somewhere, you can ride in a carriage, etc.
A hotel with a beautiful cover. I advise everyone who comes for the first time not to pay for all the days, take it for a couple of days. During this time, you will get acquainted with everything and you will be able to decide whether to stay here or not. There is nothing to relax with small children here, the territory is small. Of the advantages: -they feed normally (although they went to the Altynai sanatorium (they had a rest there in the 21st century) there are 5 meals a day) - you don't need to go anywhere, everything is in one building. -there is a nurse assigned to each procedure, we will prompt and help. Of the cons:- rooms of 21sqm - there are problems with hot water, living on the 1st floor there is no hot water. We tell the administration to keep their answer open for a long time. I did so and the water went for 15 minutes. - dampness in the room. - the windows overlook a hell of a lot of unnecessary procedures. We paid 17,000 at a discount, and people can relax here for 16,000. I don't recommend it, honestly…
We rested in May for 10 days. A very warm and cozy sanatorium with an amazing staff. Thanks to Zhandra, who met us and told us everything in detail and escorted us to the room. A very nice and polite girl, like all the nurses at this sanatorium. It's amazing how they manage to stay cheerful and attentive to each patient under such a load. About nutrition is a separate topic. Everything is very tasty. Everything is very diverse. I didn't get hungry even once :-) The only thing that was a little bit confusing was the construction site. But everything is being done to improve the customer experience, and I think everything will be even better soon. Thanks to the entire staff of the sanatorium. We will definitely try to come next year. I wish you prosperity and success!
We arrived with our family on 06/19/24 we were registered by the owner Bekzhan himself, who is very kind. The dining room cooks very well, the staff is very warm, the indoor pool is cool, the children liked Rahmet and us
I've been to many sanatoriums, but this is the first time.The sanatorium barely pulls in three, of all that can be noted-food, although not a single fruit in ten days (they do not provide)All normal procedures are paid, only two water treatments are free.The building is being renovated, which does not add comfort, evenings are not occupied with leisure,it is located behind a park area, vacationers have nowhere to go, there is no gym and swimming pool.The rooms promised at the time of booking were not provided-instead of the first floor, they settled on the third, which is a problem with sore legs.The tile floors are slippery and traumatic (it was possible to at least lay a carpet in the room).The room has not been changed in ten days, the linen has been wet cleaned twice all the time.Sorry for the money and time spent.
Hello! We rested from April 1 to 7 . I liked everything very much, the staff is wonderful! Everyone is very attentive, friendly, and likes to make jokes! The food is delicious! They drank mineral water every day, they have their own well. We improved our health and took all the procedures. I recommend it!!!Thanks to the sanatorium "Aisary" for the warm welcome!!!
Hello!
We had a vacation with my wife in early June.
Of the advantages:
- good attitude of the staff;
- the room is clean;
- there is air conditioning, refrigerator and TV (otau TV, it's a pity that it's not cable);
- well fed;
- there is a balcony.
Of the cons:
- the room is cleaned 2 times a week (but the bed is not changed);
- the shower was broken;
- I could hear the neighbors;
- there is no air freshener.
A very interesting sanatorium. The territory is very large with a fountain. All conditions have been created for vacationers. Medical care , comfort, mineral water, etc
I really liked it, the staff is polite, they arranged it quickly, the rooms are clean, cozy, the food is delicious, homemade, the medical staff is competent and responsive! I advise everyone!!!
Delicious cuisine, suitable for those who want to unload the body in small portions, there are sports equipment on the street to keep fit, large Parking, fruits are not given from the cons, in 3 days they have never changed the bed linen, they have not cleaned the room
I did not like the owners of the sanatorium disrespectfully and rudely address the vacationers of the sanatorium, I do not advise poor nutrition!!! They also deceive about the treatment, there is no mud treatment there ! During the entire time we were there, in addition to swearing, being rude and evicting for no reason, we did not hear warm words and wishes from them, we never asked anyone what we were not satisfied with in order to improve the service and the desire of customers! We couldn 't rest normally because it was noisy all the time because of the repairs!
