They let us know about paid underground parking spaces at the excavation stage, which is understandable and reasonable in principle, but not a word about paid GROUND parking spaces, because if they had said it right away, the apartments would not have been sold, this is a new practice for Grodno. People who have bought apartments in the end entrances cannot drive up to their entrances, as the developer has put up barriers there and is selling these places. So much for convenience for everyone, so much for an "elite" house. Before contacting this company, think about it) if you have extra money, there are no questions. Buy a subway, but whether you will open the car doors to get your child out is a question... Get ready to use this extra money for major repairs, which will have to be done after the developer has done it. Or pay this money to the builders who will lift your building materials to the 10th floor, because the elevator does not work, because it is the cheapest and the only one)) there is no cargo.
