The guys are doing well, they are trying!
The organizer is always in touch and ready to help with any question!
A good office where it is convenient to wait for your flight with a cup of free coffee or tea.
Our trip from Yerevan to Tbilisi was quite comfortable at an affordable price!
A good carrier. It is convenient that there is an office where you can wait for departure and buy tickets online. I was driving from Yerevan to Tbilisi today, the car is comfortable, WiFi, the staff are pleasant, they gave me cold water for the road. It took about 6 hours to get from Yerevan to Tbilisi (there were traffic jams in places + border)
Everything is fine: quick and complete answers to all questions in WhatsApp, payment on the website or by transfer to a ruble card, you can drink tea / coffee in the office, the bus is comfortable with WiFi, air conditioning, we left on time, the driver is neat.
I wish to expand my business and arrange a transfer from Tbilisi to Vladikavkaz, I would love to go)

This is the best carrier! I've used their services several times already. And it's great every time. Everything is timely, convenient booking, different payment methods. Always in touch. Driving is neat and comfortable. The drivers are polite. I would especially like to mention the trip on July 17 from Tbilisi to Yerevan with Sergey, the driver. I'm not even looking for other carriers and I recommend this company to everyone.
today we went to Tbilisi in a Mercedes Vito, the trip was exactly at the time it was supposed to take place. The driver is good, did not drive, drove us safely. There was one stop in Ijevan for 15 minutes, there was a food court, a toilet and a shop. I liked everything!
Great campaign! Comfortable minibuses and responsible drivers, especially Sergey, exceeded all expectations. Free water and Wi-Fi brightened up the trip))) we arrived quickly and comfortably
The trip was Yerevan-Tbilisi 02.09.2023. It took a long time to choose a carrier (many have neither a website nor a phone... if they didn't pick you up, then there's nowhere to turn) and we stopped at the Irenic Tour. We bought it on the Internet and did not regret it. We came to the office (tea, coffee, plums... toilet, which is not a little important on such trips). As soon as everyone was ready, they set off (they did not wait for time). Sergey is a wonderful driver. We rushed home quickly and without traffic violations. We passed the border quickly, by the way, there was also a stop where you could have a snack. We arrived in Tbilisi ahead of schedule. There was wifi and sockets too. Before the trip, everyone was given a bottle of water. The driver is very sincere.
Run away from this desk. Do not pay them anything in advance if you are not traveling from Yerevan from their office, otherwise the bus will not come for you.
In August, Yerevan bought 2 tickets from Batumi (Georgia) to Yerevan on September 16. We bought from them in their office on Arshakunyats Avenue. 34/13 for 12 thousand drams each. On September 12, I ask the representative of the company (let's call her X, because I don't know her real name) the address from where the bus from Batumi will be sent. She gives the address of Batumi, Baku str., 32 and asks to be on the spot in advance at 15.30. We arrive with our suitcases at the specified address at 15.25. The West Tour passenger transportation company is located at this address, but this is another company and they are not related to this one. It takes 10 minutes and passengers arrive about 5-6 people who are traveling to Russia, but directly through the "West tour". It looks strange to us that we are the only ones going to Yerevan and there is no one else from the "Hayrenik Tour", although before that we were told that there are a lot of people who want to leave. We call X on the phone, there is no answer. We decided to call the phone number indicated on the ticket, the answer sounded quite rude: "Who are you? Why are you calling here?", we explain that we are calling because there is no bus, and the phone number is indicated on the ticket. They tell us that they don't know anything and can't help us in any way! At about 15.45 we finally get through to representative X, the following dialogue turns out:
- "Where is our bus?"
- "He left because the driver called you for an hour, couldn't get through and left."
- "First of all, I don't have any missed ones, but even if I have problems with roaming, how could he leave earlier if we are standing at the place of departure indicated by you from 15.25 and did not see any bus, and the ticket was bought for 16 hours?".
Then he starts repeating the same nonsense about calling and leaving. If the ticket was bought for a certain time and people came to this place in advance, then they do not need to call, because we would have met with the bus. Secondly, even if we take into account that they called and did not receive an answer, this is not a reason to leave ahead of time, because the phone may run out of power, break down, be stolen, the money ran out in roaming.
I wrote a short version of the conversation above, because there were about 10 calls and she constantly said: "I do not know, because I am in Yerevan and it takes time to take into account." As a result, this representative of the company says: "Well, never mind, we will send you on another bus, we have several of them. Wait." After several more calls, she said that she would put us on the bus of the West Tour company near which we were waiting for the bus, a representative of the West Tour company confirmed this.
While all this was being discussed, another passenger (Tigran) came to Yerevan. Tigran bought a ticket from AS Group Tour in Yerevan, but the employee from whom he bought the ticket quit and simply said that he did not know how to leave, and said that they might be able to help at 32 Baku Street in Batumi.
We leave Batumi for Yerevan at 17.20, it's also "lucky" that there were 3 free places for us. And so at 23.40 we arrive in Tbilisi. Other passengers who were traveling to Russia to Vladikavkaz transfer to their bus, when asked by the driver where our bus to Tbilisi is, he does not know and dials a woman who is a representative of the West Tour, she said she did not know anything about what to do next. She was asked to put us on their bus and she went to a meeting, but this is not the first time when passengers from companies in Yerevan are directed to their office and no one comes to pick them up. It's a constant story.
I'm calling number X to find out where we're being met. There is no answer. Here Tigran says that he has a brochure with the phone numbers of the company from which he bought tickets. I start calling their numbers and after a few attempts I manage to get through to the number ... 2007. It turns out that this is a certain Waag, something like the director of "Ayrenik Tour", probably also "AS Group Tour" (it is unknown how many such companies these people have, who sell tickets from/to Yerevan under different names). This Waag first tells us: "He will look for a car to take us away and will call us back in 10 minutes." Here we already understand that this Waag and their entire desk are hanging a load on our ears, because the road from Batumi to Tbilisi takes 6 hours and during this time if it were not a fraudulent scheme and someone wanted to take us out, they would have already found a car and it would have been waiting for us. Of course there is no call in 10 minutes. We call back, he says: "It can't be that fast, it's night now." After another 5 minutes, let's talk about ourselves, he says: "The driver is actually already on his way and the last time he contacted him was at 22.30 and he was passing through the Armenian border. But after that, I can't reach him, because he probably doesn't have any money on his phone for roaming. I filled up the money for him, but I still can't get through." He does not know the number, make, color of the car, he could not name the driver's phone either (he did not think out his lie to the end).
As a result, the three of us took a local taxi driver, he drove us for 100 lari to the Georgian border, and there he found us a transfer for 32,000 drams to Yerevan.
The next day I dialed this Waag, he said that he was even ready to refund some of the money for the ticket from Tbilisi to Yerevan and asked for the card number. There was no transfer that day, although of course he "promised to list everything like a man." The next day after the reminder, he said: "That yesterday was a day off and they couldn't list it. But today we will definitely list it." He did not list anything on the same day and stopped answering calls/messages. If this Waag is really their director, then it is understandable why they "work" like this.
Bottom line: I'm not sure that I want to sue because of 24,000 drams, because the amount is small and most likely they don't have any money. I have a clear feeling that this company is slightly engaged in transportation from Yerevan, but sells tickets to more destinations than it can fulfill. We don't know how many other companies they have, but my advice to you is not to pay them in advance. If you really want to take the risk and take the bus, then come to the place and pay only when there is a bus. Online shopping or in their office is nothing. And it is better to travel by train or transfer (it is more expensive if there are two of you, but if there are four, then the same money)
We bought two tickets through Onetwotrip. A Mersedes Sprinter with a TV and sockets was promised. When we arrived at the departure point, we were informed that the bus had been replaced by Viano, whose level is much lower. The air conditioning was not working on the bus. There was no TV or power outlets either.
I wrote to Onetwotrip and asked the agency to compensate for the difference in cost, because buses of this level are cheaper. While they were contacting the carrier, we managed to cross the border. There I was offered to pay for the trip a second time or go further on foot due to the fact that the agency demanded a refund from the carrier.
The photo of the bus does not correspond to what is actually coming.
We were very lucky. there was a great car, a friendly driver who treated you to sweets.
we arrived in advance, everything fit without any problems. we stopped by for 1 person on the way, but everything is very fast.
They were waiting for everyone at the border.
We made several stops along the way, drove fast, but not dangerously. it is very comfortable in general!
tickets were bought in advance via Yandex, it is more expensive. but it was more comfortable for us.
thanks a lot to the Irenic company and the driver :)
I am very satisfied with the services of this service. I travel from Yerevan to Tbilisi and back only with them. Good drivers. Hospitable and friendly. The driver Sergey is generally a sweetheart. I wish you grateful customers)
A comfortable road, everything is clearly on schedule.. We were treated to a bottle of branded water..) You can take a cat at no extra charge.

A trip from Yerevan to Tbilisi. The flight took place, although there were only 2 people. Excellent condition of the minibus, we arrived comfortably and quickly. I was lucky with the driver Merush: a very intelligent and interesting person. During the conversation, they did not notice how they reached their destination. Next time I'll go with them again.
a great trip on June 14 from Yerevan to Tbilisi. A professional driver, I thought that the owner himself, Wi-Fi all over Armenia to the border with Georgia. Bottled water from the refrigerator. You can't eat in a minibus!! I got a remark for that. We passed through customs easily. The driver was waiting.
It's all negative. we went by bus from Yerevan to Tbilisi, at the border the driver left without waiting for us, while they contacted their office, while they found another car for us, as a result, lost time, nerves, water, yogurt, food for the road remained in the car.
I drove perfectly from Yerevan to Tbilisi. I bought a ticket through ros-bilet (about 1.5 k, more expensive directly from the seller and on other services). I confirmed the reservation in advance via telegram. A normal clean minibus. No complaints on the way. I haven't tested Wi-Fi. Departure is on time, and we arrived 1.5 hours earlier than scheduled.
I'm on my way from Yerevan to Tbilisi now. The car is very good. The chairs are comfortable and soft. The cabin is clean. Five points. Keep up the good work.
Customs officers asked us to wait at the Georgian border. 40 minutes. The bus just left. Leaving us at the border without communication and the opportunity to order anything. The last thing to use when choosing the Yerevan - Tbilisi road.
Great company! The driver picked us up from the hotel, which was recommended by the manager of the company. The van is beautiful, the Mercedes is 8-seater with air conditioning, which is very important at 38. We drove for exactly 7 hours, both borders took 45 minutes.
The driver still picks up a bunch of people in the process, it looks like his acquaintances – you wait for someone in the heat for half an hour, someone transfers parcels with him. During the trip, I searched for a long time where to refuel with diesel fuel. I was smoking in the car. It is very long and tedious
Bad. Very bad. The driver does not know the way, so he brings it 4 hours later. And he drives in 2 hours later and not there. Well, at least I didn't confuse the country. On the way, he changes tires and stops by for a beer.
I went to Georgia with them. Everything is fast and convenient, without cheating. A loyal passage at the border.
Several flights per day + you can send / transfer parcels, including to Russia.
They told me to arrive 20 minutes before the bus. And then we sat in their office for another 50 minutes. As a result, an almost full minibus arrived, which, apparently, was picking up people from somewhere else. We were sitting with my husband at different ends of the bus.
We need to be warned about this, we could come to another point and go together.
Tbilisi — Yerevan.
I took the ticket in advance on the website. I paid 120 GEL. During the trip, I found out that the real ticket price is GEL 50, which all other passengers paid. It's a strange business.

The flight from Tbilisi to Yerevan, the driver was smoking continuously in the cabin, there is no wi-fi, there is no water, although it is indicated on the ticket. The driver was delivering parcels, they were an hour late with an empty road and border. I won't use it anymore
