When you pay for delivery to the door, delivery is not carried out, and the status of the track number is "unsuccessful delivery attempt" although there was no delivery in fact, and the operator confirms this by phone. Such tricks do not work simply because the recipient is at home all day, and can clearly understand whether there was an attempt at delivery or not. As a result, the recipient is forced to go to the pick-up point himself, spend time and money on a taxi, while paying for delivery to the door. The service is paid for, but it is not provided. This is called fraud and deception.
