I would like to immediately note that the clinic premises themselves are clean and well-groomed, the space is decorated in a modern way, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The equipment in the clinic is new and high-quality, which inspires confidence and confidence in the competence of specialists.
However, despite all the advantages, I was disappointed with the attitude of the doctors. I expected more professionalism and attentiveness. The doctor did not show proper interest in my questions, the answers were brief and superficial, creating the feeling that I was just another patient in the queue. In such a clinic, where everything is arranged at a high level, I expected more attention and courtesy from the medical staff.

Terrible attitude towards you for your own money! 09/10/24 I was examined by a gynecologist, an analysis was taken, an ultrasound was done. The doctor told me that the analysis would be ready in a week, i.e. 09/17/24. I also specifically clarified with her, maybe it would be better for me to make an appointment immediately so that she would give me an appointment, to which she replied that this was not necessary and I could send her my tests via telegram and she would give an appointment online if there is no need to come to the clinic again. I decided to check my results in the bot on 09/13.24 the results were already ready, I sent them to the doctor, to which there was no response until today, then remembering her words that it would be ready in a week and deleted these messages and wrote and sent her tests again, to which again there is no answer! And in general, the question is why were the tests entered into the laboratory on 11.09??? And not 10.09??? Where have they been lying for a day??? For my money, I don't give a damn!!! I want to file a complaint!!!!!!!! I'm already silent about the fact that they called me one amount on the phone, but in fact they charged me another! I'm not talking about the cost of the analysis. The reception desk gives out the results after the reception, they told me to wait, they didn't call me when there really was an answer, I sat for another hour, asked again, they gave me the results, put them in a bag, I didn't check, unfortunately, although they asked for my full name at the reception. When I looked at the results at home, it turned out that they were not mine at all. I called and asked the ultrasound specialist to clarify this point. I don't know whose mistake it was, the ultrasound technician or the girls from the registry. As a result, my results were sent to me via telegram.

I have been to this clinic several times and it is difficult to describe my impressions. In general, the offices are well equipped and everything looks modern. But..... I had problems with the doctors. Either I got on the wrong ones, or they communicated with me as if I were in a state polyclinic. I would like to write a review about ultrasound. Tashpulatov's doctor. She seemed to be polite at first, but then when she started doing an ultrasound, she showed all her unprofessionalism. She started talking (pregnant!) that it was already late (before that everything was fine with other eminent doctors), that growth and development were delayed. Moreover, she proved that the fetus was lagging behind in development, too small (considering that B. the second, and the first fetus was also not large - and I told her this), she began to insist that this was abnormal. I left her depressed, in an incomprehensible state. Then, after showing the numbers and results to my doctor, I heard the answer that everything was OK, and everything was according to age. I found that face on the Internet too, and everything was normal there. I don't understand either the doctor is not competent, or their equipment is buggy. But I won't go to them anymore.

It turns out that someone was already waiting for me. We sat for 30 minutes, there are no people in the clinic, there is no queue. As a result, the patient who was before us came out and other patients came in general to meet another doctor. They didn't explain anything to us, they didn't even warn us. This is a private clinic and not a district polyclinic. When they began to demand a refund, all the doctors were immediately released, there were other free doctors, our doctor began to apologize, to call for a session. Is it necessary to show some kind of character in order to receive a normal service?! Even before the procedure, I was recommended to pay extra and undergo another procedure, they say, you can not notice the child at an early stage. All the ultrasound specialists see the baby in the second month, but she won't see it!

I arrived in the morning, at 08.10 with abdominal pains in the 24th week, the reception explained the situation and clarified which of the doctors could accept, given the situation. To which we received the answer that the appointment is by appointment only and can be recorded at 12 o'clock, or better at 14 o'clock in the afternoon. Ultrasound cannot promise.
As a foreign citizen who is visiting Uzbekistan, I decided to apply to a paid clinic in the hope of quick, high-quality help and clarification, but alas, this did not happen.
Instead, I am offered to make an appointment in a few hours, in the presence of acute pain — logic?
I am extremely disappointed with the service and attitude.
