The bus station is generally not bad. Convenient location, clean and tidy. I was traveling from Shymkent to Almaty. The only thing that upset me was the intrusive drivers who tried to lure me into buses with a non-working air conditioner. It spoiled the impression a bit. But otherwise, everything is fine — the trip was comfortable, the buses are clean, the service is on the level.

The train station would be separate from the market. And in general , the building and the bus station itself .I think it doesn't match the name.I wish our city had a big beautiful one.comfortable.beautiful bus station .

We met and escorted the guests from the Ain bus station.
The entrances are convenient. The parking lot is large.
Infrastructure: there are toilets, there is somewhere to eat, something to take on the road, too, everything is nearby.
Parcels were sent and received without delay and without problems.
