I stayed at the hotel during a business trip. Convenient location, friendly staff, average breakfasts and a clean lobby on the ground floor, that's probably all. The hotel definitely does not pull at 4 stars. Dear hotel owners, the opinion about the hotel is formed not by its ground floor, but by the room and staff. I wrote about the staff above, but I will focus on the room in more detail. I lived in an economy room with a double bed and it's really economy-economy like in a 2-star hotel, probably. In the last 10 years of trips, this is the most depressing number. A small room, a bed by the front door, a closet without doors, with white lamps on the ceiling like in a hospital room, there are no nightlights. The window, window sill and door are dirty, it is clear that the cleaning is done superficially.Opposite the bed is the entrance to the bathroom, painted gray with two lamps on the ceiling. There is so little light that you can barely see yourself in the mirror. The floor tiles are chipped off. The shower cabin flows from everywhere, after taking a shower, the floor is all wet. There was no hot water on the first day. Since I came to the room only to spend the night, it is tolerable, but no more than two nights.
Dear owners of the hotel, I am attaching a photo. A clean bed is only part of the comfort, and 4 stars mean very good comfort!

One of the advantages.
The location of the hotel is good for walking around Terencourt and the nearest centers along Dostyk. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The linen is clean. The service is polite.
Of the cons
1)
Accommodation in the room does not correspond to reality. I ordered a junior suite, the offer indicated an area of 35 sq.m, and they settled in a room of a maximum of 15 SQ. m
. When asked by the administrator why this was, they said that only one room was indicated in the offer with a large area, the rest were small.
I.e., In fact, not a junior suite, but a standard room with an inflated price.
2) the bathroom is shared with a shower. There were no hooks or towel racks in my room next to the shower. The towel shelf is located for some reason near the bathroom, which is inconvenient when you get out of the shower, and the towels are far away, the water is draining, the floor is wet.
