Not a bad hotel with unexpected disadvantages.
The room was pretty clean. There were bathrobes and disposable washbasins.
There is an industrial zone outside the window, there is nothing to look at. No wonder the curtains were closed in the room.
The double room was even too big, but it was empty, which made the echo quite loud. This is not a minus, but rather a note. I think it would be great if there was a table or a sofa in the room. There is enough space for this.
The main disadvantage is very hard beds. Shockingly tough! It feels like sleeping on plywood covered with a sheet.
Otherwise, the little things. For example, there was a rather modest roll of toilet paper in the room and you would have to go to the reception for a new one.

A fairly good hotel that requires cosmetic repairs. The rooms are large, the sound insulation is not very good. Another disadvantage is that the description says that the price includes a sauna, but it is under repair. The hotel is located in the industrial zone. I also consider it a disadvantage that the breakfast included in the room rate is very meager - two eggs, sausage and tea. The staff is great and very helpful!!! And probably for the price/quality ratio, it corresponds to its value!!!

This hotel was recommended to us by friends and it turned out to be the best of all the hotels in which we spent the night on the way from Russia to Kyrgyzstan and back. Cleanliness, order, large and comfortable beds, a shower and all its accessories are provided along with bathrobes and slippers. And the breakfast in the cafe is just great. I definitely recommend it.

An excellent option in terms of price/quality ratio for an average budget. My wife and 2 children stayed in a suite for 12,000 tenge. One large bed, we were additionally given cots with mattresses. We put the mattresses on the floor and had a great sleep. Shower, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning - the most necessary. The room is clean. Breakfast for two is included.
I will note the cafe "In the Openwork" on the ground floor. Great interior, service and delicious breakfast.
For comparison: in Aralsk, for 7,000 tenge, for lack of a better one, we rented a room in terrible condition with one double bed. There was a suite with two rooms and toilets in Kyzylorda for 20,000: very good, with breakfast, but the price is higher.
Of the nuances: linen, towels, soap are available. There are no slippers, disposable shampoos/pastes, well, that's fine. I can safely recommend this hotel. I'll come back again.

Having covered more than 2,000 km in 22 hours, almost a day at the wheel, very tired, we decided to stay at the hotel until dark.
My friend and I drove to the large city of Aktobe and wanted to take a normal comfortable hotel to sleep, wash up and hit the road again with fresh energy.
We stayed at the Ayhan hotel, chose it by Yandex.Hotel rating maps, where he scored 4.1 points out of a maximum of 4.6.
These are 4 races out of 5 with the number of ratings - 91.
The first impressions of the hotel when we entered through the door of their restaurant are positive.
Everything is decorated even very nicely, it seems clean and tidy everywhere, pleasant colors with interesting decoration, as well as friendly staff.
The same good-quality and stylish corridors on all 4 floors of the hotel.
We did not choose a cheap room with two beds.
On the plus side, the room was spacious.
That's all, there are no more advantages.
The number is the opposite of everything else.
The furniture leaves much to be desired and immediately stands out from the first impression in the restaurant area and floor halls - it is the cheapest and its appearance, frankly, takes you from a normal hotel to a school camp of the 2000s.
There is no body gel in the shower, no shampoo, no toothpaste and disposable brushes, however, there is no water pressure either, and you will have to wash under a contrasting shower of boiling water, because the water changes its temperature when one of the neighbors uses the faucet - you will be showered with boiling water.
Toilet paper is also, by the way, from the camp - remember the gray one, single-layered and very hard, in the army it is also called "bricks".
There are 2 mattresses on two beds, apparently this is already good, because they are comparable in rigidity to a wooden floor.
Did we get the sleep we wanted?
No!
In the morning, my back hurt sooooo much, both woke up broken with swollen faces and the feeling that we had been beaten on the back with bats in the evening.
However, why am I being so negative and negative?
There is gel soap near the sink in the dispenser, but they will not be able to take it off and wash in the shower, because the dispenser is attached to the wall.
The conclusion is that after renting a hotel room, you should have your own soap and shampoo, toothpaste and brush, and your own mattress in a good way.
Thank the almighty, we had everything else besides mattresses.
And yes, I almost forgot, breakfast was normal - scrambled eggs from two eggs with one sausage, warmed toast with butter and a bun without filling with black tea, or porridge to choose from - oatmeal or rice.
Everything is quite tasty.
Dear hotel administration, at least change, or better yet, throw away these hard mattresses altogether and buy new comfortable medium-hardness ones and order disposable gels and shampoos in the showers, preferably with disposable dental cleaning kits.
I really can't figure out how you managed to pull 4 Yandex stars.…
P.S. If it weren't for these terrible mattresses, I wouldn't write this fair and honest review at all, where I didn't exaggerate anything and described everything as it is.

Nice hotel, nice interior at the reception and floors. There are water coolers on the floors. In the room where we lived quite decently, only the sound insulation in the room was not very good, everything could be heard from the neighboring rooms and from above and there were not enough sockets. We stayed as a family of 3 people in one room, provided a cot without any problems. We were also placed with a dog, which is rare in Kazakhstan. The location of the hotel is probably not quite optimal, but it was not so important to us.
There is a cafe downstairs, they cook quite tasty, you can also have breakfast there.
In general, it is quite a normal hotel.

The doors are broken, both the entrance and the bathroom. The chairs are broken. Underwear with hair. Plus, there is parking in the yard. Mini fridge, air conditioner.
