Nice, quiet hotel, for family

I stayed at this hotel from September 5th to 15th. Despite the quarantine, everything was just fine! Delicious food, daily cleaning, helpful (often Russian-speaking) staff, the beach is nearby, within walking distance. Along the beach: sand, but washes pebbles from the sea, not very significantly. There were enough sun beds for everyone, so it didn't make sense to occupy them in the morning. For lunch, it is better not to go to the main building, but to the snack bar on the beach, where pizza, tortillas, kebabs and burgers are served.
Separately, I would like to mention the spa center, on the first day I did pilling and massage, it turned out to be just great and took 7 sessions. The masseuses there are Thai (or Balinese), and there are Turks.
Vacationers are mainly Russians, Ukrainians and Germans. No tagil, everything is quite calm, although dancing every evening by the pool.
There is also a gym, sauna, hammam.
There is nothing much to see in the surroundings, there are several supermarkets "migros", "juice" and shops for tourists with coffee, sweets and textiles!
To sum up, if you need a relaxing holiday, at a good level, then you are here.
p.s. If you go left along the coastline, 200 meters, there will be a wild beach (there is an unfinished hotel), there are no people, the same sand and a good entrance to the water. And silence...

We are resting at the hotel now, the hotel is for the picky. There is enough food, but without frills. Cocktails are bullshit, just ice. The shore is pebbly (thanks to the review, where they wrote that it was necessary to take corals), after 2 m the depth is immediately. They serve the Germans and Turks ahead until you start to impose yourself or start shouting "aleeeeee."
There are enough sun beds, but the guards do not let strangers in.You don't need to borrow in the morning.
The rooms are cleaned so-so, even if you leave $, there is only shampoo, no shower gel, no balm in the assortment.
There are only hotels around the hotel. The "dear rich" village.
There is nowhere to go for a walk in the evening, just to sit at the tables by the pool.

We stayed at this hotel from 03 to 13 September 2021. The hotel does not correspond to its declared class at all.
1) there were no places on the beach during the whole vacation. There are clearly not enough places on the beach when the hotel is fully occupied, besides, many people take up their seats at 6 a.m. and towels hang all day, often people don't even go to the beach all day. The hotel administration does not react to this in any way, they do not want to throw off towels.
2) In the dining room, all the dishes are dirty. The glasses are simply unwashed, all dirty, often even in the remnants of juice from the last user of this glass. The plates are the same.
3) The main part of the staff does not need anything around at all, they do not move at all. There are no napkins on the tables, the appliances are brought for 10-15 minutes and then until you remind them 2-3 times about it. Plates are not taken away from the table, although waiters constantly pass by empty-handed.
4) Room cleaning is not very good. After cleaning, there is a lot of dirt and dust. Although the rooms themselves are comfortable and the renovation is quite new.
5) The food is quite monotonous and not very tasty. Everything is often very salty, especially soups, cutlets, and meatballs.
There are few fruits: watermelon, peaches, grapes are often sorted out in the first hour of lunch / dinner and it is no longer brought.
6) After 21.00 it is unrealistic to eat at the hotel at all (there is nowhere to take even a sandwich or dessert). Only drinks and nuts (and then, they need to be asked at a certain bar).
7) the general feeling is that the hotel is not 5, but 3 stars and does not cope with full occupancy in any way. There seems to be a lot of staff, but their work is not organized in any way and most of them hang out on their own.
8) there are no children's slides in the pool at all, and adults work in a strange way…
Safety is not monitored at all on the slides.
9) by the way, there were a couple of interesting situations: at one dinner, a waiter came up to us, and he came up himself, asked what we would drink, accepted the order, but did not bring the wine. I just dumped it and that's it, and after 5-10 minutes, we asked another waiter about drinks, and he told us - finish, we don't serve any more drinks.
The second time, we asked for white wine, 5 minutes later they brought us pink, saying that there was no white, and a couple of minutes later the same waiter poured white wine for the Germans at the next table. It appeared very strangely and unexpectedly.
10) High chairs and tables are very dirty all the time. The staff wipes them very badly, they have to wipe everything themselves again.

We are staying at the hotel from September 15, 2020 to September 25. I liked everything very much. Cleanliness, delicious food, polite staff, among whom there are Russian speakers. Full compliance with sanitary requirements during the pandemic and provision of masks and dez. By the means of all the guests. Clean, well-groomed territory. A wonderful SPA salon, which houses a magnificent hammam and services at reasonable prices. The staff at the SPA is polite and professional. Massage is great, giving a positive result for health. We are in this hotel now.We are observing a "smooth folding" and savings on everything, because the hotel is about to close. There is no variety of food in the restaurant and it is getting less and less every day, and this is Ultra exclusive!!! There is no animation, life freezes. At the same time, the guests are still alive! We're on vacation, by the way!!! We will be here until November 7, and do not think that we were given some kind of discount or warned about something, no!!! It is very unpleasant when people save on small things in such a wonderful place.

We had a rest in early October 2021. Upon check-in at the reception, they immediately offered to pay an additional $ 100 for a supposedly more comfortable room. We refused. As a result, we were accommodated in a nice room without extra charge. There are no complaints about the room, but I was surprised that in a 5-star hotel there are no disposable toothbrushes and paste, slippers, shower gel in the bathroom. As it turned out later, you can get it at the reception. The territory of the hotel is small but clean, lots of greenery. The hotel was 100% full (most of the Russian speakers). Several times we came for lunch and dinner and there were no empty tables in the dining room. I had to wait for the table to be free, and then wait for it to be removed. The food is monotonous and tasteless, which also requires standing in line. Of course, you can fill your stomach, but for 5 * I wanted more. Alcohol is of very low quality and only locally produced (I had to rent an electric tuk tuk and go to the store). In the Italian restaurant (free of charge once), they were fed the same as for dinner in the dining room. The beach is small. It is difficult to find a free chaise longue, and it is impossible to occupy it under a canopy (if only at 5 in the morning). The animation is at a low level. In the evenings, songs for pensioners in retro style or karaoke in the same style. You can visit the gym and sauna only by appointment, despite the fact that there is no one there. Before that, we had twice vacationed in Turkey, for the same money, the level of hotels was much higher.

We had a vacation with our daughter in October 2020. Super cozy small hotel, friendly staff, close to the sea, private beach, you can dive from the pier. Special respect to the animation team, especially Altai, very kind, my daughter did not want to leave. I definitely recommend it to families with children for a quiet spiritual rest.👍👍👍

A very nice and cozy hotel. A small area, for an amateur. Friendly staff. Three pools, one huge, the second with slides for children and a paddling pool for the youngest. It's a minute to the beach. Food and drinks at every turn from morning to evening. Free ice cream from 14.00 The room is clean and cozy. They are cleaned every day. There is free water and juices in the fridge (replenished every day) The hanger in the room was broken, they said at the reception, it was replaced an hour later.
For me, the cons are:
The hotel turned out to be too family-friendly, only old people and children. For me, there is no animation for children at all, for adults I came in every other time.

Good hotel 4-5*
Excellent food for Turkey, everything is fresh and varied, lots of meat and poultry. Cleanliness on site and in the rooms. The staff works like bees and always with a smile. There are a lot of children in the hotel, water slides. Animation is not intrusive, whoever wants to participate. The minus is the sea, in May it is cold and cloudy. The beach is grey sand and pebbles. As for cleaning by the hotel. Everything is being cleaned and cleaned. A small family-run hotel. The sea is close, there are enough sun beds, the beach is sandy, and there are pebbles closer to the water, but there is no discomfort. Pools: adult, children's and slides. Slides for small children are not suitable, in our opinion (husband testil). The food is delicious, they give ice cream, but not for long from 14.00 to 16.00. If for some reason you have lost your beach towels, you can get more cards for new towels from the administrator without any problems. There is a mini club for children on site, and a mini disco is organized in the evening. There is a children's dining room with a microwave and a blender (not used), but there was food for children only for dinner, breakfast and lunch for children were taken from the general menu. We stayed at this hotel in early June. We really liked it!

I gave this hotel a top three, it doesn't pull for more! After reading super reviews, we went to this hotel, but we were completely disappointed. There is no variety from the word in food at all. We came at different times, the food was always cold. The only thing that saved this dining room was fruits and desserts. The air conditioners did not work in the halls, it was +40 degrees outside, and you had to sit in the heat and stuffiness for 4 hours before departure. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...!

Good afternoon! This is not a hotel, this is a pension for pensioners. 3 children went on vacation with us in a big company, entertained themselves. There is no music on the beach, music of 8 of the same songs is playing near the pool. There is nothing for children except a slide and two swings. The food is monotonous, seafood is only sea bream. Only chicken and turkey are made of meat. Disco from 23.00 to 01.00 they play the same music as the same 8 songs near the pool. I repeat, there is no entertainment! Rotten 5 animators, one of them dressing up as a woman with a dirty lousy wig during the day. And that's it.... I do not advise you to go to this hotel, there is no food, no entertainment, there is nothing for children to do! Nearby hotels are "buzzing" all day - music, entertainment, etc. 10 days of stay in a boarding house for Germans!!!! P.S. they asked why there was no music on the beach, the answer just killed - the Germans don't like it, for them the beach is relaxation.... But I don't care about the Russians!!!!

Minuses.- a terrible incident with a tour operator who, right on the bus from the airport, said that we were not going to our hotel because ours burned down!!!A two-hour terror by vacationers of representatives of the tour operator for the right to settle in Aydinbay and we in our hotel.
