A member of our family, our dog, was killed today. They performed a sterilization operation, did not conduct an examination, did not take tests from the dog, did not check, and she had a blood clot. A young, playful, kind dog was KILLED by these "specialists". But THE MAIN THING is: the doctor hid and didn't even come out to us, no one explained anything, only an older woman helped us do everything, I'm afraid to make a mistake, but it seems like she's just a cleaner.

I have been a regular customer for 4 years. The service and attitude of the staff are at a good level. Prices are about the same as everywhere else in the city. Unfortunately, my furry friend Marsik could not be saved, although the doctors tried very hard. He had urolithiasis, which apparently caused a kidney complication. The only disadvantage of the clinic is that there is no ultrasound machine, which is very inconvenient. I recommend Andrey Alekseevich Mukha, one of the best specialists in our city!

As you deceived people for the sake of additional benefits 10 years ago, so you continue to do this. And people turn to you just out of desperation.
About 10 years ago, when they were still near the Kobrin Bridge, they removed the cat's scratched eye for an additional $ 50. Other veterinarians told us later that we were stupid to let you do this, that cats heal such injuries perfectly on their own. It is better to have an unseeing eye (not the fact that vision was lost) than a festering hole for all the subsequent years of the animal's life.
Today, out of desperation, I turned to them with a rat, which needs to be operated on, despite the inadequate price tag and the imposition of additional unnecessary visits (not free). We visited them about 1.5 months ago, after they visited Suvorov, we also went to online consultations, from the last two we have expert opinions and recommendations. If I hadn't asked to make an appointment for the day when the doctor has a window for operations, I would never have found out in advance that they sell the hospital service for 7 days to the animal BEFORE the operation, without which they refuse the operation. I was taken aback by surprise, the woman from their reception interrupted me in a dissatisfied tone and hung up the phone.
Are you adequate at all?
First of all, rats are gregarious animals, if they are separated from their pack, they can simply die in a week out of quiet sadness! It is clear that the animal is nervous when needles are poked at it. But the rats are even more nervous when they are alone!
Secondly, rats very easily and very quickly become infected from each other with all sorts of rubbish, in a week in a plastic non-sterile jar the animal will become infected with all the charms, and upon return it will infect all its roommates.
Thirdly, at least look at the Internet, study the price tags in Minsk, go there / back, perform an operation on an animal in Minsk is cheaper than your unnecessary imposed services!
A hospital for a rat is an extreme measure!! Only if the animal is seriously ill and grabs the remnants of its strength for life when it needs an oxygen chamber, ivs and injections. And our case is not even close to an emergency situation.
I keep in mind that the imposition of unnecessary services is punishable by law in Belarus. If you had given me personally about the hospital during the visit, I would have called the police and written a statement on the spot.
We once worked with the owner of the clinic, Andrey (or the founder, I have no idea who he is now) next door in the former market on Bogdanchuk. As he deceived people, he continues to do so. Stability.
Thank you for hanging up on me during the conversation when you realized that you wouldn't be able to get this shit in for a lot!
I suspect that after 7 days of the hospital, my daughter and I would pick up our baby rat in a closed box.

They recommended pills for a week, and then whatever you want. As a result, they turned to another veterinarian, as the condition worsened. As a result of a normal in-depth analysis, in addition to this disease, concomitant problems were identified that bothered the cat, but which were not paid attention to in aibolitis. The staff themselves are polite, but the veterinarians don't seem to want to solve the problem

Positive aspects: the center, polite staff
Negative: It is difficult to find a clinic, inattentive attitude (before re-vaccination, the card is not studied, rabies viruses were vaccinated separately, it turned out to be more expensive by 15 rubles. A year ago, there were the same questions. Once is understandable, but twice is too much... I do not recommend a clinic, I will go to another one.

They were sterilized too late, at the age of 7. Later, I took a cat with a tail injury and a parrot with a paw injury for treatment, I don't understand what happened to him at all. Sitting quietly in the cage, he suddenly screamed when I approached the cage, he was sitting on one paw, and the other was tucked in and it was obvious it hurt to stand on it. I went to Aibolit, fixed his foot) now everything is fine with the priest. My last trip to Aibolit was with a hamster) There was a problem with the eye, according to the "hamster" doctor, it bumped somewhere. In fact, here in the photo, the eye had already begun to heal, before that it looked just awful, I thought it would just fall out, it was swollen, red and for some reason there was simply no hope that the eye would be all right... at best, it will just be cut out... But oh, A MIRACLE!!!! THE EYE RETURNED TO NORMAL THANKS TO THE DOCTOR OF AIBOLITIS. I don't remember his last name, but the receptionist said it was a "hamster" doctor!) There are no complaints about the clinic) with animals only here) And it is better, of course, that they never get sick)

In November 2016, my cat started having conjunctivitis, but unfortunately I found out about it later..grabbing my Car, I went to this clinic, although I can't call it a clinic!I went because I was near the house and worked at night, arriving 3 minutes before 21.00 I was told that they would count at double the rate as after 21.00, and it didn't matter, I was ready to give everything, this is the most important member of our family!seeing this, they began to impose all sorts of necessary and unnecessary services on me and eventually poured a bunch of ivs into Masha, taking tests but without receiving the results, they began to treat something there!they were afraid that Masha had something in her brain and she had wild pains, so the cat behaved quite calmly for wild pains, as a result, after two weeks of treatment, I was offered to put Masha to sleep! And Masha became weak and the urine just poured out of her, did not hold, and Masha died in her mother's arms..I killed my Masha with my own hands, hoping that there are doctors there, and there are money-hungry people who just see this as a business! But I realized all this much later, in October 2019 I picked up a kitten, treated it, a cheerful healthy child! We were doing repairs, and abruptly within an hour the kitten became sluggish and fell to one side, there were no infections, there was still an adult cat in the house, I took a taxi and ran to the same clinic, the taxi driver was worried that he was even waiting for us back. The clinic quickly took a simple biochemistry and again a double tariff, but it doesn't matter to me at all, and 3 packages of ivs long from the tip of the fingers to the elbow bring attention!!! Carl!! The kitten is 3 months old, it's still very tiny, I say what is it from?! You don't understand anything to me, almost all his organs have started to fail! I didn't give you a shot! That's a lot for me, and then I remembered that there was a quarter of phenozepam sleeping pills, they gave it to me in the hospital, I had an operation to align the nasal septum and apparently he ate, the house was renovated, a mess. They began to scare me openly in the clinic and forced me to write a refusal of treatment and threats were poured down that I would be responsible for not agreeing to treatment, etc., there was just real strong psychological pressure from several people in the staff, just at a break almost shouting!!honestly, I was shocked, I live in Moscow and in the states, and I have cats too, but I haven't seen this anywhere! She wrote everything and refused. The taxi driver was shocked by what was happening. We returned home and I gave the baby half a lactofiltrum tablet and my cat, after sleeping for about an hour, began an active life again!! And then I understood everything! My Masha could live and live! But I brought her to her death, and a painful one at that, I thought I was treating her and helping her, I cried, and these people kept scaring me how she was suffering, but just let's pay and pay more! It would be better if you injected vitamins at least 10 times more expensive, but not like this! It's a pity that you need to be restrained in the comments! But the second cat is healthy and weighs 6 kg, I love him! And I am so glad that having refused your services, he is now alive and well! Time has passed, of course, but the pain of our dog's death still hasn't subsided.
They brought a French bulldog, with epilepsy attacks, for blood tests, late in the evening, after several meals!! We were told that they had done "biochemistry" and that all the tests were in order.. And the results were ready in 20 minutes!! although then, as another doctor explained to us, the analysis is done after at least 12 hours of fasting.. and biochemistry is not done in 20 minutes!! And it was biochemistry that could show what urgent actions to take next, and perhaps our boy would still be with us.. not to mention the initial examination of a dog with a similar disease, checking for reflexes (hearing, vision, limb sensitivity) NONE of this has been done.. nothing!! but time was lost, the dog did not live to see the results of REAL "biochemistry"..
I am the owner of another dog, which was also contacted by this institution earlier.. after the reception, antibiotics were prescribed, but in such quantities!! that according to the veterinarian (who is not financially interested), my dog's liver should fail.. and these injections cost a lot of money .. !!
and what is all this about, of course, I will no longer apply to this institution, because I see ONLY financial interest, irresponsibility and negligence in relation to four-paws.. there are more responsible doctors in Brest, and it is not as expensive as it turned out.. I will not advise anyone, it's just my personal experience of "treating" my pets in aibolit.

I'll tell you from personal experience. Alexey, the only veterinarian who undertook to treat chinchilla (there was a tumor in his mouth). The rest offered to either put them to sleep or take them to Moscow or St. Petersburg. There were no guarantees, as there are no 100% guarantees for human operations. But everything went well, Dusya is still ready to bite when she is once again disturbed. And all thanks to Alexey.
