I often stay at this hotel, in different rooms. Disadvantages: hoses are passed through in shower cabins, there is no soap dish somewhere, you have to put it on the floor. The backlight of the mirror does not work in any room, is it really so hard to replace a penny thing. No slippers. The bedspreads should have been changed long ago. Check the air conditioners. Update the towels, the edges are peeled from time to time. A three-star hotel, if the owner does not invest, will become "dead" in a couple of years.

There were cockroaches in our room. The air conditioner is not working. The staff is very rude and not friendly. One girl at the reception is talking very rudely. I said if you don't like it, leave, we can't help you. She yelled at us. We asked the administrator , she said that she was the administrator herself. But she's standing at the reception. She threatened that if we complained, she would call the cops and write statements against us, and figure out what to write. And we're not going to prove it. We came with a company and we were full of people. I met this for the first time in my life. In the hotel as such, or not, or they don't care about the management. In general, the reception there is God and the king. I do not recommend this hotel, see for yourself. If the staff is changed, then maybe everything will be fine. The only thanks to the maids who are polite and for cleaning every day.
