I recommend it to all our guests and residents of the city, as I have been vacationing for about two years now, only everything is clean there without smells and most importantly the price meets all standards 👍
We were passing through the city, we had to spend the night, we found the Ai Orda hotel. The receptionist is a polite, friendly girl. The room is clean, everything you need is there. There is a parking lot. We liked it.
They're cheating! They asked to drop the payment twice, something did not come. Then we will return the money. As a result, they returned two weeks later and then not the entire amount. I don't recommend it.
The room is not bad in principle, but at the reception they wanted to take more from me. I took a single room for half a day for 8 thousand, but they wanted to take 10 thousand from me without justification. Then I showed them the consumer's law and had to prove for a long time that I had the right to pay the amount indicated in the price list. But I think the owners need to have a conversation with the reception
A good place to relax or spend the night, the hotel receptionist is polite, the rooms are clean, cozy, comfortable at night, not far from the city center.
The hotel is good, the price is good, but the receptionist is a woman, she tried her best to squeeze out an additional amount. By phone, they reported the price of 8 thousand tenge for a 2-bed room with one bed, and 15 thousand with separate beds. Upon arrival, she settled in a room with separate beds, said to stay for 8 thousand tenge, then asked for 2 thousand "from above", we refused, moved to a room with separate beds, then said, allegedly for breakfast separately 2 thousand tenge, refused, in the morning she forgot to give the change 2000 tenge (we gave her 10 thousand tenge, said he would give it back later). A terrible woman, the manager eventually refused, it just wouldn't do to fire her to hell, the whole image of the hotel spoils...
