В помещении вокзала чисто и опрятно, вежливый персонал, обслуживание быстрое, надолго очереди не застревают. Недостатка в буфетах и кафе нет, есть аптечный киоск, туалеты, как водится, платные, без неприятного запаха. Есть парковка и бесплатный Wi-fi, но при этом есть проблема с отоплением, даже при плюсовой температуре снаружи на вокзале ощутимо прохладно, за что и сняла звезду.

As a result, all the people were standing in such a cold, but they were not allowed into the hall. A whole hour in the cold - 17, is this normal? What kind of rules are these? Are there any exceptions in such situations???

В принципе на вокзале чисто и аккуратно. Отсутствуют попрошайки и алкоголики, что обычно встречается в общественных местах. Большие и удобные платформы. Все очень доходчиво и понятно расписано.

Автовокзал чистый и аккуратный, персонал отзывчивый и внимательный, кассиры помогут в трудный момент , кафе удобно расположены и быстрое обслуживание, а это не мало важный момент, туалеты как и многие с "ароматом", очереди в билетную кассу большие , но кассиры успевают отпустить пассажиров с билетами

Всех приветствую,покупал билеты там во времена ,когда ходили автобусы Витебск -Вильнюс,Витебск-Гродно,ездил к бабушке на летние каникулы,лет 30 назад.И вот довелось проезжать мимо автостации...остановился,вышел...я уже далеко не местный,переехал в другую страну,автостанция приятно удивила платформой,газоном,чистотой,сфотографировался возле дерева Сумах,Витебск очень приятный и родной город и начинается он для гостей с вокзала и автостанции..Шагает в ногу со временем.Дороги бы ещё привели бы в порядок.

Всегда чисто. Быстрое обслуживание в кассах. Удобное кафе на втором этаже. Кормят вкусно и цены приемлемые. Радует что есть автобусы в Санкт-Петербург и Смоленск.

Все чисто, персонал отзывчив, добр. Кафе не одно, широкий выбор продуктов. Туалеты чисто, уборка своевременная. Депжат лицо. Очереди в кассах небольшие. Ремонт свежий, все аккуратно. Хорошая парковка.

Чёткий график работы и вежливые обслуживание....Удобен буфет, если что забыл в дорогу, в нем все есть...Вот только добраться до наших дач стало трудно....д.Кузнецово...проходящие автобусы не имеют у нас остановки и проезжают мимо...

Ничего из ряда вон выходящего. Чисто, большая зона ожидания на первом и втором этаже, сувенирный магазин, островок с едой, удобное расписание, 80 копеек за туалет...
