There are practically no flights in the evening or early in the morning, especially for long distances - Novoishimsky, Bulaevo, Sergeevka, Timiryazevo, Kokchetav, Kustanai. But on the forecourt there are dozens of private owners' cars - they shout, they offer to take them anywhere.
But it's wrong and even dangerous to trust your life and health to random people! And people have no other choice if they need to go. And why the administration of the bus station, instead of expanding, on the contrary, reduces its routes. And there is no need to talk about unprofitability, just look at how many so-called "taxi drivers" are standing on the square, I'm not talking about Internet orders in various applications. And if there were enough bus trips, few people would turn to them. Because you're sitting in the square waiting for him to get a full car, when ordering online, you're also waiting for him to pick you up, and then the rest of the city, and then they rush at unlimited speed, not thinking about the safety of their passengers ...
No, it's better to be on schedule and with a proven driver Even if the trip itself is a little longer, according to experience, it still turns out faster and you spend less nerves on indefinite waiting... Not to mention the cost

Часто пользуюсь услугами автовокзала. Очень чисто. Вежливый персонал,. Очень дорогой туалет 100 тенге. Парковки очень часто заняты. Подъезды удобные. Но всегда удобно подьехать к нему. Билеты нужно брать за ранее постоянно билетов нет

Вокзал опрятный, чистый. После ремонта, автобусное сообщение по области регулярное. Если сравнить с другими автовокзалами в Петропавловске более свежий после ремонта. Автобусное сообщение стало лучше после карантина. Не хватает на свйте онлайн карт, для удобства пассажирам в области знать где именно едут автобусы чтобы могли воспользоваться и могли заявку передать водителю по маршруту, знать о свободных метах так же.
Можно было бы ещё купить билеты на сайте автовокзала было бы ещё лучше.

Красивый автовокзал, желательно добавить ещё кофе автоматы и туалет сделать дешевле, а ещё после 7 часов вечера туалет в нутри не работает, хотя есть автобусы которые отправляются в 23:00, телефон зарядить нет возможности, тот автомат для зарядки телефона просто для отмывания денег не работает от слова совсем

В общем-то, внутри достаточно чисто, аккуратно, но персонал, работающий здесь, портит все впечатление. Мало того, что дозвониться до них нужно иметь терпение, так они ещё и хамят. На совершенно обычные вопросы людей, путешествующих по Карелии, они отвечают так, что желание вернуться сюда вновь пропадает сразу же. О каком туризме идёт речь, если людей не научили хотя бы вежливо отвечать на вопросы. А это, на минуточку, их работа.
Итог: если вам нужна информация об автобусном сообщении в рамках Карелии, лучше поищите в интернете, а к ним молча покупать билет, дабы не испортит себе все впечатление.
