The bus station in Lutugino has been known to me since childhood, my city. In recent years, it has changed for the better, repairs have been done, there are places to wait, cafes. The problem remains the often "hanging" program. It was in February, the program was hanging, I did not buy a ticket, and on 04/16/2024 the ticket was already at 10.45, Lutugino - Rostov-on-Don, I arrived at 10.30, but the bus driver did not consider it necessary to wait for the passenger and just left ahead of time. The dispatcher explained that, it turns out, you need to arrive at least half an hour in advance, she sincerely tried to help, because I arrived earlier than the departure time, but it did not work out to make a refund. I hope that in the future everything will get better and the drivers of transit flights of the Lpr will have respect not only for themselves, but also for passengers who, perhaps, after delivery to Rostov, also have their own plans and tickets for other flights.
I haven't been to the train station for more than 15 years. In early December, she moved to the train station to clarify the bus schedule for Moscow. I was very pleasantly surprised. What a train station has become now. What good employees work there, they explained everything. And they suggested how best to do it. I really liked everything. Well done girls who work there.
На этом автовокзале начинается мой день, и начинается он со стаканчика ароматного кофе)) в кафе добрый персонал. На самой автостанции тоже вежливые и доброжелательные работники. Всегда улыбнутся и конечно всем желают счастливого пути)) спасибо))
