A large and spacious bus station with an unusual architectural design. There is everything you need: cafes, a warm room, Wi-Fi. Convenient exits to the platforms, many ticket offices.
Among the regional bus stations I have visited (Voronezh, Kursk, Donetsk, Nalchik) This is the best bus station. There is an opportunity to connect to Wi-Fi (however, you need to make a call from the phone, i.e. if you come from Russia, you need a SIM card with an operator working in this territory, for example, Lugak :)), a large room (which is important in covid conditions) and even as if it were clean, there are no suspicious persons (except for a couple of harmless beggars).
I take off one star for the lack of customer orientation + drivers in most cases are louts with watchman syndrome. This is frustrating, because it is almost impossible to influence it.
There is a very significant drawback: the bus station opens at 6-00, and buses from Rostov and Belgorod arrive at 4-30 and arriving passengers have to wait outside. In winter conditions, this is certainly not comfortable.
It's cold in the waiting room, one digital scoreboard has already been forgotten when it was working.I would like to note the work of cashiers and supervisors, thank you very much!Always attentive and friendly!
Decent staff. There is a bus station in the building:free Wi-Fi,a warm room, pastries, hot and cold drinks, luggage storage. The toilet is located at the end of the 4th platform.Smoking is prohibited on the territory of the bus station. There is a pharmacy and a public transport stop nearby.
The station is more or less clean. They're cleaning up. WiFi is free, you can catch it on any phone, the quality is not very good. You can send a text and a voice message. Buses announce loudly at departure. Two toilets are paid, one is in the middle of the 4 peron. The second one in the right corner at the exit from the station costs 10 rubles.
