Excellent bus station, convenient waiting room, there is a place to have a snack, the boarding areas are covered. Among the inconveniences, it should be noted that it is located on the very outskirts of the city of Uralsk and it is impossible to buy bus tickets using the Mir card. You have to use Kazakh cash.

Small, but everything you need to eat. I highly recommend stopping by for a snack in the dining room before the long journey. The food is delicious and affordable. I usually buy electronic tickets on the bus station's website.

There are no disadvantages. The bus station is perfect! Wi-fi, you arrive at any time, even later, you can safely call a taxi. The girls at the checkout are polite, the service is fast. The guards are polite. The room is new, clean, and comfortable. The management of the bus station-could you please open a branch of the bus station in Samara, we really lack such a bus station, instead of a shameful bus station.
