The Grodno bus station is a convenient and functional place for travelers. It is located in the city center, which makes it accessible to both locals and tourists.
Positive:
1. Convenient location: The bus station is within walking distance of the main attractions of the city, which makes it easy to plan your trip.
2. Variety of routes: From Grodno you can get to different parts of Belarus and beyond. There are many flights available, which makes it possible to find a convenient departure time.
3. Infrastructure: Inside the bus station there are cafes and shops where you can have a snack or buy necessary things before the trip.
4. Cleanliness and order: In general, the bus station is kept clean, which is a pleasant surprise.
Minuses:
1. Queues: During rush hours, there may be good queues at the ticket office, which sometimes causes discomfort.
2. Limited amount of information: Sometimes flight information may not be up-to-date enough, so it is recommended to clarify all the details in advance.
In general, the Grodno bus station is a good place to start your trip, where you can continue your journey comfortably and without unnecessary problems.
A lot of memories are connected with this bus station... There is one disadvantage that could well be eliminated - to connect the bus station with the Grodno railway station by a direct public transport route. The distance between the stations is not so small - more than a kilometer, and there is no non-stop transport. Many passengers transfer from trains to intercity buses and back, and they have to move between stations. You can walk and climb stairs, but this is only possible with light luggage, and it's more difficult with things...
Grodno, a city in the west of the country, and the bus station is an important and integral part of its infrastructure, connecting us with the eastern cities, towns of the region, the district, and our western neighbor. Convenient location, a large number of ticket offices, information, reservations and much more. I do not have accurate statistics on visits to the station, but I am convinced that every citizen has used the services of our main freight terminal at least several times in his life. An important object is the "five" stars.
The cashiers are welcoming, responsible and adequate. Some landing controllers are not very tactful (in particular, the female sex)they can be rude, which is not very pleasant and spoils the overall impression of the organization.
The interior is clean and tidy. Sometimes it's not a pleasant smell in the station, but it's more likely the fault of people without a place of residence who are forced to warm up somewhere.
Parking is excellent. The snow is cleaned by the staff on time, it is convenient to move around and get into transport.
From the outside, the repairs were well done, excellent awnings were installed.
The toilet facilities are good.
The building itself could use renovation and more rental outlets for the sale of various products.
I didn't like it: the attitude of the staff in the control room, over the past three years, the answer to all questions is the same: "If you don't like something, all questions on Suvorov, in GAP."
Everything is fine!!! And the service and attention of the staff. There is a cafe where there are fresh pastries and you can have a snack before the bus. There are no queues, that's what properly organized work means!!!
Either repairs or a new building as a whole are required. You can't tell from the outside, but inside the renovation of the 80s, all the tiles are broken, if you compare with the railway station, then the interior of the railway can be considered futuristic. The only thing that has probably changed at the bus station since those days is a coffee machine, several televisions and vending machines, a ticket vending machine and possibly saddles, and even then simple, metal ones. If it's not too cold, it's better to wait outside, and the bus station is still a place to sleep and relax for the homeless.
I put "five" stars and it's not at all about the uniqueness or historical value of the building, but rather something else. I spent my childhood in Grodno and often had to use the services of a car park, and it was this building, with repairs and some improvements, that stuck in my memory. The building of our bus station is not ultramodern, as many might like, but for the older generation it is history and we would very much like the city authorities to preserve it in this form.
The convenient location, the presence of a luggage storage, ATM pleased me! Cleanliness, just like in the whole of Belarus! One of the disadvantages is probably not a very comfortable and clean paid toilet.
There is nothing, benches from the last century are outside. The ticket offices close early. There is one terminal, payment is made only by card with an inconvenient search menu. Grodno - Minsk minibuses with tickets from the ticket office of the bus station are almost twice as expensive as those that are sold online. It doesn't arrive in advance, but randomly. The minibus is terrible, the driver was drunk on the 13.10 flight, it stinks of beer and smoking, he turned on the radio with an advertisement for a meat processing plant at full volume. Don't mess with your stuff, download it yourself.
There is a waiting room. Communication between the passenger and the driver is poorly established. There was a time when a ticket was purchased for one route, and the minibus arrived on another (but this is more of a complaint to the carrier).
There are food outlets and newspaper stands at the train station. There are rain shelters on the street.
I've never had an adventure like this in my entire life. A gathering of people of all nations, religions, and standard of living... I won't even list what can happen here in 1 day. Come and see for yourself... AND DON'T EAT THE PIZZA FROM THAT BAKERY!!!!
According to Wikipedia, the building of the intercity bus station in Grodno was built in 1962 according to a standard class 3 project developed by the Leningrad branch of the Giproavtotrans Design Institute
in 1959.
The bus station is located quite conveniently for residents of the Leninsky district of Grodno. What can not be said about the convenience for residents of the Oktyabrsky district of the city.
I cannot say that the bus station building corresponds to modern trends in terms of design and modernization.
The bus station is clean, in principle, like the whole of Belarus, but the prices there are higher than expected. And for coffee, and for buns, which are sold in a Bakery in the building of the bus station itself. The service is excellent, everything is clear and accessible. Almost everything you need can be purchased within walking distance.
The advantages include:
- the waiting area is quite spacious
- the presence of a buffet and stalls
Of the cons:
- incorrect flight schedules on the website and at the bus station itself
Yes, it's a shame, but often there are no tickets , you have to buy from the drivers, and often the drivers don't take it today. The minibus couldn't take it. Am I to blame if there are no tickets at all? It's bad, even the drivers can sometimes shout or the cashiers themselves, the buns are delicious , but sometimes there are those that are more expensive
An ordinary bus station. For a city like this, it could be prettier. Although the location is convenient for visitors from the districts. There is a Fresh bread shop and a public transport stop nearby.
Everything is decent, the staff is polite, everyone will prompt and help, there is a car park and a gas station nearby, there is a place to eat everything neatly, I advise messages to all corners of the country, buses are good, drivers are responsive, real professionals
Fast, convenient, free, you can go in any direction!
Professional staff, courteous drivers, round-the-clock work schedule, convenient location in the city!
Grodno bus station🌞
At the ticket counter, they sold a ticket for the wrong date, asked for Friday, sold it for Monday, asked again several times, as a result, the ticket burned out.
Cashier :Bogomya I.E.
What kind of irresponsibility is this??????I didn't get home!
It's a beautiful bus station, although the buildings are still starting. There is a place to eat and relax.Everything is always on schedule, without delays.
I liked the bus station very much. 👍
The courteous staff is ready to help with tickets. They told me everything, showed me, told me which platform to go to. I recommend everyone to come to Grodno, one of the most beautiful cities in Belarus, and the bus station is super.
Everything is top-notch. It is very convenient that there is a board above the tracks that shows the arriving trains, their routes and departure times.
The staff is good. Cleanliness, yes, but the fact that homeless people sleep there is not very good. Repairs have been required for a long time. Parking is small. The queues are kind of tolerable.
The building has been in need of repair for a long time, and preferably completely new. The building itself is worse than all regional centers. However, the team is professional and there are no strong comments.
In general, our bus station is very unusual in terms of internal architecture. I use the services very rarely, but every time I notice something new. Actually, they try to keep up with the times. I would like to have a website.
I go home to Brest every 2 weeks, there have never been any problems with the bus station itself, not taking into account drunks and gypsies, but it's almost impossible to control it.
It's a very strange train station, and there's no bus timetable (at least, I haven't found one). The waiting room is adequate. There is a pharmacy and a coffee machine.
Well, I have two opinions about the bus station. Some kind of unkempt, in the waiting room there are miracle windows, if you raise your head to the ceiling - two double-glazed windows and two old windows and still with handles out into the hall. For what? The doors are painted, but so sloppily, but the bus station of the regional center! Yes, they set up a terminal for the convenience of taking a ticket for any route. There are no more advantages to this. It is not cozy, it does not correspond to our beautiful Grodno. The MTR has been updated. The dispatcher speaks so softly that you can't hear if you move 2 meters away from the landing sites of platforms 1-5, what she says and what flight. I was recently in Shchuchin. The bus station is updated, often neat.
A normal bus station. It is neither worse nor better than in other regional centers. It's clean, the waiting room is decent. The staff is standard for the bus station. I was not in the toilet, the station cafe is quite cozy, with a normal assortment of drinks and food. If there was something outstanding, I would add another star...
A small bus station. Clean, neat. It closes for the night. There are several cafes near the train station. From here I went to Poland, through Lithuania. Buses and minibuses run exactly on schedule. There may be flight cancellations if the carrier is from Poland or the Baltic States.
An ordinary bus station. Buses run on time, it is better to buy a ticket in advance, otherwise there may not be enough seats. There is a savings ATM at the station
Somehow it's time to improve this institution. And you can start with an outdoor toilet. I haven't seen holes in the floor for a long time, and even more so in a big city (. I don't care, but it was hard for the elderly woman in front of me, firstly, to go down the endless narrow steps, collecting a human traffic jam behind her, secondly, without helpers and inside she would not have coped, also a tall step into the booth
The help desk works randomly, when you type to clarify the route schedule, they say one time, but in fact it turns out another, you have to sit for an hour at best, or even more, and wait for another departure…
The help desk only works from 9, if you urgently need to find out any route in the morning, you will not succeed
I rarely visit, but it feels like I've been in the 70s. As for the inside of the building, it's not very good for Grodno.

The train station is like a train station, it's pretty clean, the waiting room is not big, but we don't have London Moscow either, there are enough places for this, 4 because gypsies roam and all kinds of drunks hang around, but here's a question for our dear police.
The bus station is located in the city center on the right bank of the Neman River.
There are many routes. Both district and regional ones. Flights to Minsk are almost like public transport.
There is free Internet, though only in the building. It no longer catches on the platform.
I haven't been to the train station for a long time, but when I got there recently, I was in a bit of shock. The stench is unbearable. How can this be allowed....
The Grodno-Skidel route, it's unrealistic to buy tickets at the box office, it's not the first time I come, and the cashier, as usual, "there are no tickets", I come to the minibus, and there everyone buys tickets from the driver, with a maximum of 2 people with tickets, and sometimes the minibus leaves half-empty, but "there are no tickets at the box office", this is terrible, with all this, sometimes a controller walks near the platform and he sees it all, but he does not go into the Skidel minibus, he went in and out once for the sake of appearance, if after this review the problem is not solved, I will write a complaint, since I often go to Skidel, but I cannot buy a ticket at the ticket office
It's better when a guy stands next to an electronic terminal, he's more useful than a help desk. This bus station is not suitable for foreigners or non-locals / nonresidents, the schedule on the website and on the spot do not converge, I navigate according to the schedule online, I arrive at an approximate time and find out on the spot that the other schedule departs in 4-5 hours. If you want to leave soon, you will find out that there is another bus without a number at all. The bus station is for locals who know the schedule themselves. The cashier's attitude, as if I should know myself which route to buy a ticket for, drives me to the help desk, as a result, you buy a ticket, and then the driver scolds that you should have called the stop when buying a ticket. Everything seems to be logical for the second time, but for beginners this is a quest. I almost ordered a Yandex taxi for 30 rubles, but local people/passengers helped.
