The building itself is deserted, but there are places to wait. Minibuses and buses to different cities depart according to the schedule. The bus station is located in the center, there are shops nearby and you can run to buy some water and a snack on the road. It is convenient that there is a sanitary stop on the way to Bishkek: you can go to the toilet, go to a store or cafe to have a snack.
What a shameful booth, not a bus station. There is no landing site, the ticket office is like a booth, drivers and everyone who is not lazy climb there, interrupt so that you can buy a ticket for a whole quest. The toilet is also somewhere soooooo....And nothing changes over the years. At least they put asphalt on the site. I don't like it at all. And in the morning, if the bus goes to Basteri, then it does not stop at all, people are thrown out on the highway near the bus station and that's it. Civilization is stuck somewhere far away.
The bus station is garbage. They didn't even wash the windows on the bus. There's vomit everywhere on the seats. The air conditioner is barely working. The seats are broken. The buses are old. Why don't they say at the ticket office: we are going on Uzbek or ancient Kyrgyz buses? At least Uzbek buses are kept clean. I asked to call the administration, they refused. Departure is delayed by 20 minutes. We finally started on 08/03/2024 at 15:21
One of the places where the legacy of the USSR is clearly visible. And not in the best possible way. I was surprised that tickets are sold at the kiosk, which stands at the entrance to the bus station.
We arrived at the train station, garbage, dirt, dust. Let's take a taxi (we're happy, we got an adequate driver), minibuses are a quiet horror, I didn't even sit down. Firstly, they are rusty, the asphalt is already visible, and secondly, there is no air conditioning and windows cannot be opened everywhere.
A normal train station in Kyrgyzstan, to Bishkek every 20 minutes, there are flights to Almaty and Tashkent

I want to leave a review to resolve the issue of tickets from Cholpon Ata to Bishkek!!! Why are the prices different? There are 400 SOM at the checkout, 500 som at the drivers!!! They didn't sell us a ticket at the checkout for 400 som, they bought seats for 500 som from the driver!!! Is it also corruption or what? In this case, why is the cashier sitting and what is he getting paid for??? Even such an impudent woman sitting started yelling and screaming because we started asking to sell a ticket!!! Why put psychos in jail??? In this case, close the cash register and mislead people, or in the season they put a crown on their head in the off-season, all white fluffy ones
An ordinary train station, the only one, the best)

There is no schedule. There are a lot of minibuses. You can get to Bishkek. If you need, for example, to go there, then go, they say, to the road and vote. Taxi drivers will take you away. The bus station building is apparently not used for its intended purpose. There's a cash register on the street where the girl didn't even look up when she answered my questions. Several women were sitting behind her, drinking ;)) of course, such a service is unusual. I want to find a schedule on the Internet, if it is not at the station)), suitable transport, buy a ticket and go quietly. And not to stand on the road under the scorching sun and vote. At the same time, guessing will be taken away / not taken away.
