The building itself is deserted, but there are places to wait. Minibuses and buses to different cities depart according to the schedule. The bus station is located in the center, there are shops nearby and you can run to buy some water and a snack on the road. It is convenient that there is a sanitary stop on the way to Bishkek: you can go to the toilet, go to a store or cafe to have a snack.
What a shameful booth, not a bus station. There is no landing site, the ticket office is like a booth, drivers and everyone who is not lazy climb there, interrupt so that you can buy a ticket for a whole quest. The toilet is also somewhere soooooo....And nothing changes over the years. At least they put asphalt on the site. I don't like it at all. And in the morning, if the bus goes to Basteri, then it does not stop at all, people are thrown out on the highway near the bus station and that's it. Civilization is stuck somewhere far away.
The bus station is garbage. They didn't even wash the windows on the bus. There's vomit everywhere on the seats. The air conditioner is barely working. The seats are broken. The buses are old. Why don't they say at the ticket office: we are going on Uzbek or ancient Kyrgyz buses? At least Uzbek buses are kept clean. I asked to call the administration, they refused. Departure is delayed by 20 minutes. We finally started on 08/03/2024 at 15:21
