The child was on his way to the railway station. He went to the ticket office to buy a ticket using a card, and was told that tickets could be bought on the bus from the conductor and only for cash. The child went home with a suitcase because there was no cash. When I called the dispatcher, it turned out that it was possible to buy a ticket using the code!!!! Why couldn't it have been said at the checkout right away???

Buses don't run on schedule. Sometimes they don't come at all. It's pointless to ask at the checkout or call the carpool. Mess and chaos.
