Do not believe those who wrote that you can buy a ticket from the driver. There are no tickets here. Transport cards are required, and bank cards are not accepted on buses either. By the way, it is at this bus station that transport cards cannot be replenished from bank cards. You need cash and only dirhams.
Air-conditioned stops, not near every route. Everything has been fenced off now, compared to 2022. It's difficult to find the entrance. Generally not for the people.

We bought cards for traveling to Dubai by bus and there in the subway using them. And you can top up your cards in the subway at the vending machine for any amount or at the operator's minimum of 50 dirhams. But to travel around Sharjah itself by bus for cash, a card is not required.
