A good train station for a small town. Clean, quiet, the toilet is clean and free. The only drawback, in my opinion, there is nowhere to drink coffee in the morning, the vending machine is broken, the stall where coffee is prepared is open from 10.00. And there was not just water in the store nearby, but there was mineral and carbonated water.

The staff is polite.
The only thing I would like to finalize is for the employee selling tickets to know what time the bus arrives at different points. There was a situation where it was necessary to have the exact time of arrival at the settlement of the bus, but no one at the station knew it. I had to wait in the cold for 40 minutes so as not to miss the bus.
But this is more a question of internal processes than of the employee himself.

I called on 15 06 2022 at 11:59 a.m. I received information that the Ratsevichi - Vileika bus stops at d. Popovtsy on Wednesdays at 18.20 .... When the bus did not appear in the evening at 18.30, he called again and the information was completely different : 1) It turns out that such a bus route no longer exists 2) The wrong information could have been given by the cashier's woman, who replaced the dispatcher during the lunch break. and the most important thing that I liked especially: THE BUS STATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE TIMETABLE AT THE STOPS, WHICH IS PLACED IN THE FORM OF INFORMATION SIGNS. I have a lot of questions about the work of the Vileysky bus station, but I'm afraid they will be purely rhetorical. For now, this institution will be a kind of self-willed principality with a slogan : It's the passengers for US, not US, nothing will change for the passengers.
