Yes, there are changes, but only in the staff, and by the way, they are getting worse and worse. What they do not have on the menu is always available, you need to choose from what you have. We took shawarma on Saturday, moreover, if we had not reminded the service station, we were actually waiting for it, since the respected staff forgot about it, it was more interesting for them to scratch their tongues in the room. We got a shawarma at the exit, but it was undercooked and there were bones in the chicken🤮🤮🤮

Well, what can I say. The station smacks of such a Soviet spirit. I have not seen repairs like this either at the checkout or on the upper floors. Sometimes you come across cashiers with whom you immediately want to end the conversation and not buy a ticket, there are also responsive ones.
By the way, about the ticket purchase system. How does she work there? You go to the ticket office, ask for a ticket - they say no, after 10 minutes you approach the bus driver - you already have it. Also, sometimes you may get confused about the direction of the ticket. As well... there are no places for smoking, there are a lot of drunks who just brazen out like "50 kopecks can eat" and if you give, you see how they are muffled by a "Hawthorn" behind the station opposite the ATM. In short, there is no security. Also, bus stops are not a buzz either, because if there is sun, then you have two options: stand under the scorching sun or go to a stuffy train station.
