I was familiar with motorcycles in advance, but I would like to hear their comparative analysis between several motorcycles. Regarding the purchase process, one of the shortcomings was that my last name was incorrectly written in the documents (everything was fixed in a couple of hours), and there are much more positive moments: friendly staff, delivery was made for free, high-quality registration of customs documents (there were no difficulties in the traffic police) and the evening delivery time of the motorcycle. I bought a helmet, the frame of the license plate was sold at a discount, a branded motorcycle cover of good quality. I asked to find out the cost of the trunks while I'm waiting... I need an additional open helmet, there was no size, I'm also waiting... I think you need to go to the store and find out, they don't inform you themselves! I didn't take a photo of the motorcycle, it's already snowing, and the view in the garage is not the same.

Let's start with the fact that motorcycles constantly hanging on the site are "in stock", in fact, they are tinkering with pre-order, which no one warns about until you actually express a desire to buy, which is why almost a month of the motorcycle season was lost.
I made a pre-order at the end of June for bajaj boxer. The expected delivery took place in a month.
A few days later, the delivery department contacted and agreed on the delivery date. Everything seems to be fine, but....
On the day of delivery, the driver called and said that he broke down, apologized for the situation (the only one of all subsequent employees who communicated with me)
and said that they would contact me additionally and coordinate another day.
After waiting until the evening and half of the next day, and not waiting for a call from either the manager or anyone else, without getting through to the sales department, I call the delivery department,
where they tell me that they are waiting for the driver to fix HIMSELF and deliver the motorcycle to me or to the warehouse and it will be in a day Three at least and they will contact me again.
As expected, after three days no one called back, I again call the sales number myself, where they already forgot about such a minor situation as an undelivered motorcycle to the customer.
As a result, it is clarified that the delivery will be in an EXTREME CASE in another FIVE days. As a result, it was delivered - 8 days after the originally agreed delivery date.
But this is not the end... As it turned out, they decided to save 0.5 liters of 92 gasoline and the fuel level on the reserve was not enough to start the motorcycle for testing.
It was expected that it did not work out to call the managers or anywhere else to solve this situation (I have been waiting for 1.5 months for them to call back) and discuss what to do
if it does not start or knocks. As a result, the driver himself got
through to someone there by a direct number. I had to take the risk and take the bike without starting it, go to the gas station with a canister and worry if it would start at all.
Bottom line: just a terrible attitude towards the customer, no one will care about you, if you can buy somewhere else, buy there. The
drivers who turned out to be the most customer-oriented were those who, as it turned out, work for hire (i.e. there is no own delivery service, which is mentioned on the website).
UPD: after correcting the inaccuracy in the review, I eventually received two similar responses from the organization that "it is very important for them" to contact in order to resolve this issue. I wrote them to the email they specified twice, with screenshots of the review and response, and my contact phone number from which the order was placed. 16 days have passed since the first letter was sent, and 9 days have passed since the second one. As expected, no one got in touch. One can conclude that this approach is just campaign policy.
UPD2: after completing the review with unanswered letters (it is very inconvenient that the organization cannot respond to its own review), the head of the sales department contacted, apologized and clarified the situation: apparently, I was unlucky with a manager they no longer have. To smooth out the impression, we delivered engine oil as a gift - a good bonus for the next motorcycle season, thank you. Let's try to cooperate more.

I am 80 km from Smolenka (Russia), and 50 km from the nearest beltamozhservice. With such success, it is cheaper for me to go to Smolensk and buy there. The difference between buying in Smolensk and in this organization is significant.
We decided to take it already in this organization so as not to bother with paperwork, but in fact, we have to do everything practically by ourselves.

The happiness was not long, already during the purchase process there was a question with pre-sale preparation, the office did not know about it, they asked the guys at the warehouse well and what a surprise it was, it turns out there is pre-sale preparation, only the office does not know about it. To get a three-year warranty, you need to go through the first one of their engines, well, I think this is not a problem, I ran in according to the instructions and brought the engine to the first ONE, paid 50 rubles and received the coveted seal in the service book, well, I think everything will sleep well now, if something happens, I immediately come here. We discussed with the head of maintenance and repair how to continue doing THIS and whether it is possible to carry out minor repairs yourself, they said that everything can be done by yourself, just do not climb into the outboard motor itself.
