I bought a car in this center (a used car). Alexey was the manager of the transaction, a very responsible, conscientious, competent specialist, and in this short time he became like a native. But the contract signing department did not leave the best impression, the waiting time for signing the contract was very long (I waited for 30 minutes), then there were communication problems with the unified billing and information space (I'm sure there were problems on the part of the contract department, since I was using ERIP at that moment there were no problems) the waiting time increased even more (30 minutes until they saw the payment). I would also like to recommend that the center commission cars that have been de-registered with the interdistrict registration and examination department of the state Automobile Inspectorate, which will shorten the transaction time. I decided to change the antifreeze on Vesta. I got on the phone. He asked about the price. They said that the work would cost 80 rubles. plus antifreeze 18 (???) rubles per liter. As a result, the entire cost is 180(???) rubles'. When asked about such a crazy price, I was told that as a result, I would most likely have to pay 140-150 rubles, while I could purchase antifreeze myself. Ok. I bought antifreeze 6 liters for 40 (!) rubles licensed for Vesta.
By the appointed time, I arrived at the service in the hope that I would have to pay 40-50 rubles for the work. When placing an order for the service, the manager declares that the work will cost 100(???)rubles'. He further states that an hour of work costs 80 rubles (not 100 anymore). Next, I let him listen to the voice recorder recording of the initial conversation before recording it on the service. To which he replied that it was a mistake. That's how the divorce turned out.
Lada Sever is closed to me. If I had been given a specific price right away, and not "It might cost you 140 rubles with antifreeze," even if it was 80-100 rubles per job, then that would be fair. For 40-50 rubles, I will not become poorer or richer. Therefore, after such a divorce, I just left.

It's uncomfortable to drive even with the windows closed. When the windows are open, the sound is generally loud enough. When contacting the service again, they said that the sound is not the reason for the warranty replacement of the part. Even if this is the case, the service has not offered any other solution to the problem, they say, solve your problems yourself. Don't set foot in this service anymore. And by the way, another dealer said that these pads have not been supplied to anyone for a long time.
