The entire process from making an appointment for repairs to handing over the finished car to me was accompanied by feedback from a car service specialist with a photo confirmation of the progress of work and the detected malfunctions.
Also, while the timing was being replaced, I decided that it was necessary to immediately replace the engine oil and make a partial oil change in the automatic transmission. Additional work was accepted without any problems! At the same time, when accepting the car, I was shown and told everything that had been done.
The car was unavailable from 10.00 to 18.00 on the same day.:
- timing belt replacement (chain);
- engine oil change;
- partial oil change in the automatic transmission;
- repair minor malfunctions in the process.
In general, they are professionals in their field!
Hello, I would like to share my opinion about this car service. I didn't know anything about him and decided to ask a friend how he was. He advised and told him that he liked everything. And I think let me come too, which moments with the car I will decide. As a result, I was very upset and I will no longer service my car there. It took 3 days to do the basic! As a result, there was no return from the employees . I didn't know when to pick up the car, what else they were doing, and so on. I had to constantly call myself to find out what and how to do with the car. My time for which it was recorded was postponed because other cars did not have time to finish. Well, you can warn me in advance. I specifically told them to pour 4 liters of oil , leave 1 liter for topping up . My request was simply ignored and so on.
They impose optional work, but God help him, he agreed to save time. The electrician did his job in 15 minutes, but they took like 4 hours, and after that the error returned 10 days later. I was guided by positive reviews, although I don't understand where they came from, unless during my wait two clients were clarifying relations with the service and one of them was a representative of the prosecutor's office. Simply put, don't be fooled by these stars and the beautiful stories of the receptionists, their task is to at least double the repair bill.
I arrived to replace the oil and filter a little ahead of time, sat down, started half an hour earlier, gave coffee, gave all the documentation about the work done. Fast, efficient, a good range of oils, and generally great for the price! I will definitely come here again, and I advise others!

But the car was also given away with an unevenly running engine, while they themselves pointed this out. I was surprised that they did not offer repairs and further diagnostics, since the problem clearly remained, although there were no errors. The job was done-yes. But customer orientation suffers.
The most comfortable service in Brest. I made an appointment to replace the pads, they reminded me about the appointment the day before, accepted the car on time, and replaced it quickly. The work is well coordinated, there is a huge range of services, the service is excellent. I recommend it to everyone!

I wrote on Instagram for the record. They answered quickly, this is the first plus, they told me how much my repair would cost, they recorded it at a convenient time for me. Upon arrival at the appointed time, I was received by one of the staff of the center. He made out my record, clarified the details of the recording and repair.
My repair consisted of replacing the brake pads (I brought my own pads), servicing the brake calipers and refueling the air conditioner.
I gave the car keys to an employee, left...
after 15 minutes, I got a call on my mobile. An employee of the center said that the front brake discs are badly worn, roughly speaking they are already rusty and replacing new pads with these discs would not be advisable.
I immediately offered to change the disks to the ones they have in the kit - ATE. Although the discs are not cheap, but the main thing is ORIGINAL and HIGH-quality.
With all the repairs at 11:15 I gave the car away, at 14:15 they called and said that the car was ready, you can pick it up,
The employee put all the old parts in the trunk of the car.

Well, in conclusion, while my husband was with the employees near the car, I was waiting for him in the waiting room, an employee of this organization came in and said, "The old car is falling apart, there's nothing to take, but we can take the money and say that we did everything." That's exactly what shocked me, how can you treat people like that! I understand that everyone earns as much as they can, but it seems to me that such an attitude is already too much!

But, as for the profile… It's not pleasant enough. When I changed the rear wheels and pads, they didn't even manage to hang the calipers on something. They were just hanging from the brake hoses. At the same time, I was present near the elevator during the replacement process.
The second time in this place I was on suspension diagnostics. Nothing bothered me, but since it was coming soon, I decided to stop by to check. To my surprise, the presence of the owner during the diagnosis is strictly prohibited. Although, please note that it was allowed during the repair. Well, as a result, a third of the suspension was recommended to be replaced. To put it mildly, I was shocked.
I decided to go check on another service station, where I became even more shocked, because there they told me that absolutely nothing needed to be changed.
I understand that everyone has different approaches to work and the technical condition of the car is different. But! A third of the suspension and absolutely nothing?
We came to visit this service in order to make a suspension diagnosis.
They made an appointment on the phone for a certain time, the diagnosis should have been free.
We arrived at the specified time, we were made to wait, it's okay..
But after an hour of waiting, an employee of this service comes out and inspects the car, saying that it is on a screw suspension, or the springs are cut off. I assembled my car myself and I know that the suspension on the car is from M3, with stock landing parameters. And the ground clearance is about 25cm.
The diagnosis was refused.
Maybe the service does it well, but I don't understand why you should do free diagnostics if you don't want to take cars for free on your own.

There are no car mechanics there, just people who used to turn something around. There are guarantees for the work, but they do not seem to exist. According to the diagnosis, this may be knocking, or maybe that. So that's the essence of the car service, to identify the problem.

There are specialists of different levels, I also understand this, the main thing is that there would be control and self-control on the part of management and colleagues in the shop))) I service two of my cars at STO 710, and there is another one in the plans, but I do not recall any critical remarks. Of course, sometimes they forget to lubricate / sprinkle with copper, but the masters themselves then unscrew it, so let's see what happens together. Yes, in fact, you can find a "needle in a haystack", but so far there has not been a case that I have thought about changing the service. It is a pity, of course, that there is no 10-point system here, since 8.5+ points would be safe to count on, at least for myself, I would say so. Well, I put the stars as they are, firstly, because there is a place to strive for, and secondly, everyone understands that there are no ideals, well, or very rarely you can meet, of course, but it turns out that this ideal is ideal for a short period of time, as practice shows.
