Scammers of pure water, shamelessly sell dead laptops. Rather, they reanimate them exactly in order to sell them. One option is to heat the motherboard chips to temporarily restore their operation. After such "procedures", when you buy a laptop, everything seems to be fine, but after two weeks or a month it just won't turn on. And the bribes from the guys are smooth. Such people need to be physically abused.
