It's bad! The system of ordering and issuing goods was invented for the convenience of employees, but not for customers. The staff is openly rude. I ordered in advance, arrived, waited 40 minutes, then started asking, no one knows anything, they shove the manager from the manager ..... As a result -1.5 hours, the spare part was not found in stock! I wouldn't have started asking, I'd have been sitting there until morning, the staff didn't care.
