Communicating with employees on the phone is terrible. I bought the nozzle on 05/02/2025. The indicators were not normal at the stand. Since I am 400 km from Minsk, I decided to install it on the car and check it. 05/09/2025 the nozzle died. After calling this office, it was said that 09.05 is the last day of the refund and you can return it only on that day before 18:00. I called at 4:00 p.m. it's just not possible to drive 400 km in 2 hours. In general, 323p was thrown away in fact. No solution was offered to the problem.
By the way, they have a video in which they say something completely different. They say that you can make a pre-refund by phone if you do not have time to return on time.
