I bought an internal combustion engine for Golf 4 1.4 gasoline. However, only on the fourth attempt, the master at the service station said after examining the internal combustion engine that we could try to put it on. In the three previous internal combustion engines from this company, when the camera (endoscope) examined the cylinder walls, deep scratches were visible in the 1st and 4th cylinders. After installing the engine on the car, 300 ml of engine oil was used for 300 km. Upon contacting the company, I had to go through a whole quest to return the internal combustion engine back to the company. Step's manager (as he is signed in Viber), who was engaged in the sale, began to get in touch only with messages and then once every few days. It is not possible to reach him at all, the call is immediately dropped or busy (constantly). As a result, the internal combustion engine was returned to the company (they did not give me any papers on accepting the internal combustion engine back, although they should) the service checked the tags for another week and eventually said they would return the money to the account whose data I left, the deadline was 14 days. It has been 18 days already, there is no money, manager Stepan, to my clarification when there will be a refund, unsubscribed that he is no longer engaged in the refund. I wrote 2 phone numbers for which you can specify information about the refund. As you guessed, no one picks up the phone on these phone numbers. After calling the number on the website in the morning, manager Gennady answered me, he listened to my request to "tell me at what stage the refund is" and replied that they would contact me as soon as possible and tell me everything. For the whole day, no one called.... And the next day, too, no response or greetings ...

I ordered it a couple of times, it seems like everything is like everyone else's. But last time, it was just a terrible attitude towards customers. I ordered on 11/10/2024 invoice 707022 2 headlights and a bumper bracket. On the same day, I made an advance payment at the office in Simferopol. We promised a delivery time of about a week. On November 28, I already contacted the local office through vacap, no one knows anything. On the 29th, I am contacted from room 265 at the end. They say they bought them in Simferopol and did not order them to the Crimea. On November 29, they allegedly placed an order for me again, the delivery time is a week. The manager said that I would be able to refuse at the place, if anything. 12/10/2024 I am writing to this manager, where are the headlights. Ignore it. I'm writing to the local office, and it's quiet too. On 12/28/2024, they write that everything has arrived. The place refused to refund the prepayment, saying you have to pay for the delivery. Despite the fact that everything was done as badly as possible and all these shoals were not on my part, no one cares. All this time, the car was not assembled, I was waiting for these spare parts, in the middle of December I was already tired and found everything in place. Draw your own conclusions.
