It is sad that such an ancient structure is without the necessary support in terms of basic cleanliness.. It's an architectural monument!
It's just unfortunate.
Georgians, everything is in your hands! Take an example from those places where sights are really treated as monuments (Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg), and not as urns for bottles and steers.
Otherwise, you will slide into the abyss, tourists will turn away, and your already thin budget will lose a lot.

Sinakhi is a magnificent town, the Georgian authorities have turned it into a tourist Mecca. Cobbled streets, gorgeous views, an ancient fortress, tourist attractions. The local registry office is popular for some reason. I highly recommend stopping by

You can get from Tbilisi by minibus from the Samgori metro station. 10 GEL. The first one is at 9 and then almost every 2 hours. Especially for the morning ones, come in advance — half an hour in advance, as it may fill up. It's 1:45 on the way.
