Excellent bus station, very nice female cashiers work there, they are always friendly. Thanks for the cleanliness everywhere, including in the outdoor toilet, clean and odorless, although a lot of people visit this building, as many excursions come to Ruzhany

I would like to complain about an unpleasant experience with a train station employee. Unfortunately, I was upset by both his behavior in person and his rude answers on the phone.
During our conversation at the train station, the employee showed impoliteness and lack of desire to help. I expected a respectful attitude, but I was met with neglect. Similarly, talking on the phone left a negative impression — the manner of communication was harsh and inadequate.
I hope that you will take measures to improve the service and train employees to communicate politely.

A very functional small station, there is a free toilet with necessary accessories, including soap and toilet paper, a sanizer, a nearby store around the corner where there are good pastries, classics for the time of the USSR, in terms of a warm very tasty loaf 😄
