We were passing by the station. Kovel from March 7 to March 8 . At night (about 2 o'clock), the entrance to the station from the side (probably a service one) turned to the cashier for the key to the toilet, they demanded 3 hryvnia from us, because there was no cash left - we offered to pay with a card, for which we heard the answer in a boorish form that we did not need your cards. They explained that we do not have money in hryvnia. to which they heard the phrase (verbatim):"I don't believe it." That's it. A lady of 60-70 years old. The service culture is not present in principle. If such employees work at the ticket office, then what about the rest of the bus station can only be guessed. Ukraine is a wonderful country, and people are kind and sympathetic, but because of one such quarrelsome young lady, all the joy of visiting your country is lost.

The room is old. Buses are in terrible condition, flights are often canceled, and freeze in winter. No one is responsible for the delay of international flights, all village and uneducated employees work there. The station is just creepy, stinking and dirty. Gypsies have been begging there for centuries, the police do not keep order. The storage room is constantly closed, if you have handed over your things, you will not be able to pick them up. Because the aunt from the storage room also works in the toilet. The toilet is something...... for 3 hryvnia you can stink through. There is nothing to wash and dry your hands with. Cards are not accepted for payment, everyone needs cash to avoid paying taxes.
