On December 31, at 5:52 a.m., bus number 9 did not arrive. What does this mean, I'm coming today, not tomorrow???? This is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional!!!!!I hope you will improve your work to avoid similar situations in the future.

After 20:00, the bus is always 10 minutes or more late. The conductor showed the timetable, the bus is running as expected. And it doesn't match the schedule on the shifts.
