I will say one thing.
Very monumental.
Soviet architecture.
There is a lot of free space, but it is very quiet and peaceful.
It's a pity that there are few flights, but the location is great
The building, and most importantly the territory, look abandoned. Buses can't get to the landing sites - no one cleans the snow. Parking is not very convenient: for some reason, the entry of cars escorting to the territory is prohibited - suitcases have to be dragged through the unpacked snow from the devil knows where. The cafe does not have a paid toilet, which is not allowed for passengers with tickets
Terrible bus station.the toilet did not provide the necessary service, despite the repairs, and men, women and children all in one.the cost is 100 tenge.there are ticket sales without seats on the Chelyabinsk bus.People are sitting on cardboard
One star for the architecture of the building, so I would like to put zero. At least five guards per frame (access to trains without security), the luggage room is not round the clock (the number is a piece of linoleum with the number written in marker). There is only samsa in the cafe in the morning, there are no outlets at all. And there is not a single working outlet in the station itself, except for those two that are located at a height of three meters and slot machines are stuck in them. They charge devices at kiosks for money, I've never seen this anywhere. The benches on the ground floor are metal, cold, almost frostbitten. I went and sat on the windowsill with a battery, very massive and durable, a guard ran up and drove me away. The collective farm is wild anyway, it's better not to go there immediately to get on the train
A sad little place that is in construction mode. Shabby benches, one kiosk and that's it, not even a snack, not to be given a noble atmosphere, thank you at least there is a toilet.
For a long time they have been trying to make a shopping center out of the bus station. There is nowhere to eat, even just to drink tea and, in principle, there is also nowhere to sit.
I put 5 for a clean, spacious bus station and friendly staff. But it works until 20.00, then it is closed. the ticket offices are open until 18.00. There is no parking.
The bus station is big, but in the USSR I think it was better than it is now. A lot of space is empty, the ticket offices are not all open, the waiting room is small.
The only drawback is that the bus station and the railway station are located very far from each other. Unlike other cities.
Lately it's just 2 kiosks and a cash register. There is no scoreboard, possible flights, time. All this needs to be clarified with the cashiers. Now the repair has begun, I will probably do everything perfectly. I'll change it later. There are no complaints against cashiers, they perform beyond their own.
Have a nice trip, everyone!

You need to buy tickets on the site urgently, the site is not working, ticket sales are suspended. We call the help desk - ignore it. What is this? People need to buy tickets in advance to build a route with several transfers
Once a huge station with more than 20 platforms now serves a dozen routes, not all of which are daily. Of the services - only a paid toilet and a storage room, of the tenants - one kiosk. Small carriers and tenants did not survive the covid lockdown. Nevertheless, the station is generally quite clean and well maintained.
Not in the best shape for today, no one is being repaired, the facilities for waiting passengers are all sitting and breathing dust, I did not find a place where to buy water.
Parking is available, the staff is polite, cleanliness.. well, it seemed to be clean, you can sit in the "cafe buffet", I would say, have a snack before departure, everything is fine.
There used to be a cast-off bus station. Buses traveled in many directions. Now there is only one name left of the bus station. You can go to Russia in several directions in Kazakhstan and that's it... It's sad to look at what's left of him.
They said it was closing. There was only one cash register, the Wi-Fi was turned off, there were two stalls where you can buy tea, coffee and a snack. There is a paid luggage storage and a toilet in the basement. I was there at 10.22.
In a state of unsteadiness: like a bombing. The building is either under construction or under renovation. Neither to go to the toilet, nor to sit down, they drove the bus out of the territory at night. In a word, tin, darkness, shabby
The echo of the scoop. To some extent, it could be an architectural monument of the last century. In 2022, the territory of the station is no longer being monitored at all. Weeds half a meter high grow among the tiles.
I arrived at 21h to buy a ticket for tomorrow. And all the ticket offices are closed, even though the station itself is open.
You can't buy tickets anywhere except at the box office. It won't work through the website. Intermediaries and aggregators do not sell.
There are few flight routes, the staff is kind
Sometimes it is frustrating that there is no round-the-clock cash desk and that they do not take the phone that is listed on the sites and profile
The buffet does not work, there is a toilet, the repair is not bad (it is only unknown when it was done)
Rating 3-4
The bus station is open, but the devastation is complete in appearance. I think the repair is underway and it is not known how long it will last. And so there is nothing to do there
Oh, the bus station!) You can hide from the rain. Also buy tickets. Not always, really. There is a toilet.
And you don't expect more from the bus station)
It is a pity that the bus station was abandoned. Life used to be in full swing, but now it's a swamp. Even a taxi can't enter the territory, and if you're carrying bulky things, then the full paragraph. When it rains, water flows from the ceiling.
More than once, when trying to buy tickets to Lisakovsk, there are no tickets, you can send a bigger bus, I'm not the only one who eventually has to drive around indriver. The bus station is huge but it does not have an elementary buffet and this is the 21st century
There is no bus station, it is being renovated. The toilet is terrible, but it costs 100 tenge. You can only sit down outside. Parking is very far away.
Disgusting in terms of services, they do not sell tickets in advance, they say call in the morning to find out if there are tickets and then come buy, a madhouse and how to plan a trip? The car park is old and the station itself needs to be repaired.
It's an amazing place. The first association is Pripyat. Abandonment. Moreover, it was abandoned somewhere in the late 80s. Miraculously transferred to the 20th years of the 21st century. The strangest and most mysterious bus station I've ever met in my life.
Cons - a paid toilet and the fact that it is in the basement, but it is more tempting there than in the rest of the building)))
Otherwise, the usual bus station
The repair is still Soviet, the staff is good, there is no Parking, clean, there is no cafe,2 boutiques with incomprehensible goods, the toilets are just terrible,he would like to repair
