The bus station is large and spacious, and there are many boarding platforms. It's cozy inside, with lots of shopping malls and ATMs from different banks. The icing on the cake is the polite guards who helped very well when I arrived for the first time and did not know where to go.

It's a strange combination with the market. The landing pads are not working. You have to get on the bus in the shared parking lot. The only plus is that you can buy tickets online. And there's really no bus station there. We have allocated a piece of asphalt where intercity buses stop, and some go where they are free. I met my son, one bus was standing on this "patch", near the inscription "Bus station", and their bus went to where there used to be stops and now the poles are being demolished. I had to look out and run there, especially since nothing was announced.

I put five for the feeling of how it could be in this place if the city had an interest in updating and restoring the bus station. A large space around (it was planned apparently as a park with a lot of greenery), a long platform under the southern roof. Inside the station, it's quite nice...an unusual stone fresco from the time of the USSR, probably, but its reconstruction has begun, in my opinion, for trade... Sorry. It could all look fundamental. As a train station, only the ticket office does not work.

Parking is prohibited on the territory. Private taxis hang out at the gate. But the bus station performs its functions.

I want to leave a completely negative review about the work of the so-called BUS station of the regional city of Kostanay. Not only does the appearance of the building itself leave much to be desired, to put it mildly, but it also employs completely incompetent staff. We are talking about the ticket offices and the help desk... They do not give any information of interest to passengers at all, from the word at all.
Faced with this situation ...

Dear employees of the ticket office and the help desk do not have information that buses now depart not from the bus station, but from the railway station. We could not adequately answer any of the questions we asked. When asked how to get to Tyumen, the staff of the ticket office replied that they did not know anything, and that buses towards the city of Tyumen had not been running for a long time. I will never believe that the employees of the bus station of the regional city do not have information about changes in any routes and their directions, as well as about the departure point of the long-distance bus.
Dear management of the bus station of Kostanay, please pay attention to the competence of your ticket office staff ... (Absolute INCOMPETENCE!!!... questions are not answered, unwillingness to work with passengers).
I can't put a single star for the work of this organization.(I put one star, only because the review is not published without it)
It is a pity that in such a large and beautiful city, there is no normally functioning bus station.
