It's a strange combination with the market. The landing pads are not working. You have to get on the bus in the shared parking lot. The only plus is that you can buy tickets online. I met my son, one bus was standing on this "patch", near the inscription "Bus station", and their bus went to where there used to be stops and now the poles are being demolished. I put five for the feeling of how it could be in this place if the city had an interest in updating and restoring the bus station. A large space around (it was planned apparently as a park with a lot of greenery), a long platform under the southern roof. Inside the station, it's quite nice...an unusual stone fresco from the time of the USSR, probably, but its reconstruction has begun, in my opinion, for trade... Sorry. It could all look fundamental. As a train station, only the ticket office does not work.

Были здесь 5 лет назад и впечатления остались не ах!!! Раньше было красиво, чисто, ухоженный вид внутри и снаружи! А тут ощущение полного безхозяйственного обслуживания названного объекта. Печальное и грустное зрелище! Может быть на сегодняшний день всё изменилось?! Дай Бог 🙏

Parking is prohibited on the territory. Private taxis hang out at the gate. But the bus station performs its functions.

Хочу оставить совершенно отрицательный отзыв о работе так называемого АВТОВОКЗАЛА областного города Костаная. Мало того, что внешний вид самого здания мягко говоря оставляет желать лучшего, ещё и работает в нем совершенно некомпетентный персонал. Речь идёт о кассах и справочной службы... Совершенно не дают никакой интересующей пассажиров информации, от слова совсем.
Столкнулись вот с какой ситуацией...
02.06.23 необходимо было приобрести билет в г.Тюмень.
Уважаемые сотрудники кассы и справочной службы не владеют информацией, что автобусы отходят теперь не с автовокзала, а с жд вокзала. Ни на один заданный нами вопрос, адекватно ответить не смогли. На вопрос каким образом можно доехать до Тюмени, сотрудники кассы ответили, что ничего не знают, и что автобусы в сторону города Тюмени давно не ходят. Никогда не поверю, что работники автовокзала областного города не владеют информацией об изменениях каких либо маршрутов и их направлений, а так же о месте отправления автобуса дальнего следования.
Уважаемые руководство автовокзала города Костанай, огромная просьба обратить внимание на компетентность ваших сотрудников касс... ( Обсолютная НЕКОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЬ!!!... на вопросы не отвечают, нежелание работать с пассажирами).
Ни одной звезда за работу данной организации поставить не могу.( поставила одну звезду, только потому, что без неё не публикуется отзыв)
Очень жаль, что в таком большом и красивом городе, нет нормально работающего автовокзала.

Вокзал хороший, в целом чистый, ночью работал тоже к удивлению. Вай Фай, зарядок нет только. Здание ещё советской постройки большое, ремонт всегда поддерживающий проводился видно. Туалет нормальный, не убитый. Киоск работает пирожки и кофе с раннего утра только.

Здание, а главное территория, выглядят заброшенными. Автобусам к посадочным площадкам не подъехать - снег никто не чистит. Парковка очень не удобная: въезд легковых машин провожающих на территорию почему-то запрещен- чемоданы приходится тащить по не убранному снегу черт знает откуда. Кафе отсутствует Туалет платный, что не допустимо для пассажиров с билетами
