Hello!I'm writing a review again! Today, on 11/30/2023, I called the bus station to ask for the flights of the Dubrovno-Bayevo bus for tomorrow. The dispatcher introduced herself, and said only the morning flight at 5.45 and hung up! There has never been such arrogance, it would be better not to pick up the phone like before! I called back because I needed to check the flight time after lunch.The dispatcher picked me up, again rudely called me the time of the morning flight, to which I replied that I had asked for all flights, they told me the bus time at 15.05 in a very dissatisfied voice. Although it is the dispatcher's job to give information about flights.
