Benches on the street (the platforms are terrible, it is very uncomfortable to sit). The inside of the bus station building is clean, nothing grandiose, you can sit with bags and wait for the bus.
The advantage is that buses arrive and you can leave. The score is 3 points out of 5.

Awful.
I arrived from Odessa, waited 9 hours for a transfer bus to St. Petersburg.
The administration of the bus station did not provide a toilet, coffee or conditions.
I don't care.
I was just with my wife and little daughter.
And I wasn't the only one.
Sorry.
Sadly.
There were pensioners, disabled people, people with children, but they all don't care.
And this is not the first case related to ecolines

Some kind of wretched bus station, there is no necessary information anywhere, scoreboard, signage, information service! Waiting rooms of the last century with hard seats, toilet for 5 UAH entrance! The sour faces of the unfriendly waiters of the cafe, where there is a very poor assortment! There are crammed bins outside and garbage is piled up all around! Overall, Phew! Shame on Klitschko!

The entrances are terrible, they stood in traffic in some kind of creepy water-filled tunnel under the bridge for a very long time, it turned out, 500 meters from the bus station. The toilet is dirty, there are some creepy shops everywhere like "sale for the whole family", etc. There are few places for buses to turn around, the platforms are narrow.
