I arrived at the Stakhanovsky bus station at 18.00 the toilet is not working. I got on the Stakhanov -Moscow bus and arrived at Perevalsk at 19.30, the toilet is also not working. I'm shocked!!!!!! What are you crazy about, human robots or something!!!!!!! Open the toilets, don't embarrass yourself. War is war, but toilets should be open. That's why people are covering buses for you. As I understood it, the bus station was completely renovated, but unfortunately either the repair was not completed, or there were not enough funds - there is no water in the toilet. It is necessary to wash it off with a mug from a bucket, wash your hands with water from a bottle. It is unclear why the water supply was not carried out. It was in the month of December, it was colder in the bus station hall than outside! There is, however, a small warm room in the hall, where it is several degrees warmer. Basically, there are kiosks at the bus station selling tickets to several destinations and a small kiosk selling coffee, tea, pies and other products. The hall is clean, there is a mother and child room, but I'm afraid to imagine what the temperature is there. There is a second floor, but I do not know what is there. There are small perons in the courtyard. There are a lot of stray dogs near the bus station, but they don't seem to be aggressive.

In the cold season, there is a warm room, and there is also a small cafeteria.
Of the four ticket offices, one or two usually work (there are queues).
Buses from Stakhanov to Lugansk are often disgusting: dead gazelles and Paziki (in half of the cases). It's cold on buses in winter. But this is more a claim against carriers, although the administration of the bus station knows about it and does not do anything.

Terrible service!!! Sheer rudeness from the dispatchers. They shout at the elderly, there is no respect for age or position. It's just awful!!!! They almost never have change, neither a large amount of money nor small change!!! And if a person has no other money, where to go??? The most expensive store by the road, 500 meters away, and it's not a fact that they'll change your money there. If you have made a bus station, then be kind enough to provide full comfortable service to the public.
