He also reported that there was an error on the immobilizer. I told the receptionist about this. After 4 days of repair, I took the car. In the act of work done, it was indicated that the engine control unit was being repaired. The next day, when I wanted to start the car, it didn't start, so the problem remained the same. Then I once again started the car from the tow and went to the service with a friend who understands a little mechanics. Upon arrival at the service, we were told that the immobilizer was turned off, although I was not informed. My friend calmly began to ask questions about the need to work with an immobilizer if the car was started from a tow and the problem was clearly not in the immobilizer. Therefore, the question is, what kind of work did you take a lot of money for?They answered him rudely, took hold of his jacket and began to push him out of the service, using obscene language along the way. They also threatened that they would communicate with us in a different way. After a long discussion, the service agreed to refund some of the money for the work not done. Since we managed to prove not only that manipulations with the immobilizer were unnecessary, but also that even this work was not done (the immobilizer turned out to be not sewn off). One of the mechanics suggested cleaning the terminal on the starter. The problem has been solved. Please pay attention to my feedback, because despite the fact that we have achieved some result, the boorish behavior of the employee and the overall scheme of operation of this service will still remain incomprehensible.
