When ordering a VIP package, it does not look like a VIP at all
We just washed the car well (as it should be). What is included in the VIP package has not been done. openings in the dust. The plastic was just wiped clean. The skin was not treated with conditioner. All the tools are water and a rag. Above the chrome, as there were cloudy joints and streaks, they remained. If you have good chemistry, you don't need to do anything with your hands. they don't seem to have it. Under the rails on the roof, the dirt was left as it is. and so it is in all the details. It's like a regular car wash.

Then they will scratch, paintwork when washing, or the salon. Recently I decided to give the car to the dry cleaner. The seats and the leather steering wheel were cleaned normally. For some reason, they painted the pedals with paint, I did not ask. They ruined the skin on the backstage of the checkpoint. They are dried with heat guns. I suspect that there are white patches on the plastic of the door cards. I'll go figure it out.

The expensive flavor was somehow initially thrown into the trash, then put back. there are traces on the inside of the glass, which had to be wiped off for 5 minutes. washing cars is cool, in my opinion, better than many. they don't mess with prices, everything is always according to the price list. I wash rarely, it happens once every 3 months, I come sometimes, at least plant potatoes inside the car, I leave the car dealership again. so I only go to them, everything has been consistently good there for several years.

I want to leave a review about the work and service of the guys.
I arrived by appointment - I went straight to the box .
I ordered to wash the car, vacuum cleaner and wash the mats (considering the contamination of the car, the carpets were washed to the condition of new ones)
I spent 15-20 minutes of time on everything. And a nice bonus is that they put the children's chair back on their own and put all the things that were in the trunk (and there were quite a few)
Generally 5 out of 5 !
I recommend it!

Приехали в 05.00 утра, на плакате написано, что есть скидка 20% при заказе на СУММУ от 19р с 22.00 до 07.00
Заказали химчистку салона на 200р, обещанной скидки не было. Приезжаю узнавать у администратора почему так, ОКАЗЫВАЕТСЯ скидка распространяется на комплексы мойки и что-то еще! Ничего нигде не написано, что на химчистку не идет скидка….

Помыли вроде как хорошо, приветливый и коммуникабельный автомойщик. Но я приехал мыться после 22.00, на въезде с прайсом указано: скидка после 22.00 равно 20%, однако автомойщик только после моей полной оплаты мне пояснил, что скидки уже не действуют, это старые банеры (хотя таковыми они не выглядят) мне стало жалко своего времени выяснять правду и я уехал. За дезинформацию -3 балла.

I did dry cleaning there, a car salon, a couple of years ago, they did it in a hurry, or a specialist works like that ..., dried it any way or just not according to the regulations, as a result, a year later the threads climbed out of sofas and armchairs, anyway it was and was... The interior was completely redesigned... Thank you, such a chemical. I do not recommend cleaning.

Случайно заехал, когда рядом менял масло. Предложили «помыться». Выбрал комплекс, наверно самый дорогой, не пожалел. Реально химия работает уже второй месяц. Если раньше , как минимум раз неделю заезжал на мойку (снежная грязная каша), то теперь она как будто вообще не прилипает. Рекомендую однозначно!

Очень довольна, что выбрала именно эту автомойку! Приветливый персонал, старательно почистили машину, помогли выбрать услуги для достижения нужного результата (не навязывая лишнего, не настаивая), отмыли старые загрязнения, заполировали царапинки. Внутри и снаружи машину довели до блеска менее, чем за 2 часа! Цены озвучили сразу и они приятно удивили! В следующий раз точно только сюда =)

Эта мойка - моя любовь 💜💜💜 качественно, с подходом, как к своей, а не для видимости. Спектр услуг широчайший. Еше огромный плюс - детский уголок, с которым период ожидания тише и спокойнее ) отдельное спасибо Андрею за гостепримное отношение к любому клиенту, тщательную мойку и выполение даже мелких капризов по чистоте машины, отрабатывает на 100%! Персонал всегда аккуратный, интеллигентный, просто приятно заезжать и получать в ответ улыбки.

Воду с щелей не выдували,вообще не понравилось,на с теклах разводы от грязной тряпки,трудно тряпку хорошо вымыть при сушке,когда есть с чем сравнить,то понимаешь что мойка так себе, больше не поеду мыть

Нормальная популярная мойка, с обычным адекватным обслуживанием. Ну и ценой. Вожу сюда рабочий авто. Личный наверное не повез бы. Но претензий либо нет, либо очень мало.
*Качество - сказал выше.
*Обслуживание приемлемое. Никто не стелиться, а никто и не должен.
*Время ожидания зависит от времени суток и погоды.
*Персонал молодой, хотелось бы повнимательнее чтобы были.

Записался заранее отмыть машину после восстановления на СТО. Привез в 18, в 09 утра было готово. Заказывал мойку кузова с полной очисткой, т.к. машина долго стояла. Убрали всю грязь, водный камень и шталевку со стекол. Салон отмыли полностью, двигатель как новый. Денег отдал прилично, но результатом я доволен! Обязательно обсуждайте, что вам нужно.

Все сделали на высшем уровне. Проконсультировали профессионально.Мойка внутри и снаружи, нанесение воска, обработка кожи, чистка дисков и даже-полировка фар! Доволен и впечатлен. Буду постоянным клиентом👍.
