02.10.2024 purchased a ticket for an international flight in regular service Vilnius - Mogilev (to Minsk), departing from Vilnius bus station at 20.30. However, the driver, despite the fact that the route of regular communication should follow the schedule, left at 20.40. I contacted the support service of the infobus ticket sales service, however, the consultant told me that the driver has the right to leave at your schedule. I did not get through to the phones listed on the organization's website, the driver's phone number indicated on the ticket turned out to be not relevant. When I got through to the driver, he told me that he was leaving at his discretion and was not obliged to observe the departure time from the bus stops and would do me a favor - if I got on a bus, he would allow me to change at the border, or maybe not do a favor... There will be no refund, as I am to blame for this situation.
