I stopped by their tire shop on Umanskaya street after a small puncture, the contractor conducted a dialogue in a negative, rude form, there was a positive response to the request to replace the valve, and the work was not done with the wording “and this is normal,“ although I warned that the replacement was a long time ago, 3 years ago. During the execution of the work, I clarified about the warranty period for the patch, the employee said that it was provided for the entire life of the rubber, and in fact they were discharged for 1 year. I also got a small scratch on the disc as a bonus from tire repair. After such a service, I will not go to them for free anymore.

Early in the morning, a disaster happened, on the way to work I broke a tire, somehow got to the parking lot on the lowered one. I tried to unscrew the wheel myself to put a spare tire, but the bolts did not want to be unscrewed in any way, there was not enough lever for the key, I approached the guys, asked if they had a piece of some pipe, to which I received in response, we can't help with pneumatic pistols. I went to the parking lot, tried to unscrew it with my key again - to no avail. The second time to the guys with a request that I would drive up to them on a flat tire to help unscrew the bolts, to which we refused, everything is on the record, here a person bought a queue for 20 cars, we can't help with anything, call an exit tire service. I returned to the car, called about 20 mobile phones, to which I received an answer everywhere: it's the season, all cars are loaded, only in the evening we can. But one still agreed and after 30 minutes was already in the parking lot, for which I thank him very much. The essence of my review is that money is important for this company first of all, they exclude the human factor. I have been to different countries, in different cities, but I have not seen such indifference, there have been cases when a pump was covered on the way, but there was no money with them, people changed at their own expense, on their word of honor and gave the car (respect to Stavropol). It's a shame that there are Belarusians among us who, for an elementary request to help unscrew 4 bolts .... I believe in a boomerang!!!
